Abstract
Pengembangan informasi destinasi dan pemasaran pariwisata merupakan faktor yang menunjang dalam meningkatan nilai tambah sektor pariwisata di suatu daerah. Kota Malang merupakan kota yang memiliki banyak potensi wisata yang tersebar disetiap daerahnya. Karena banyaknya lokasi wisata maka diperlukan adanya sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi pelayanan kepada para wisatawan untuk mencari lokasi wisata. Bagi para penjelajah wisata yang suka bepergian, mereka membutuhkan sebuah layanan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kunjungan wisata. Sistem informasi geografis rekomendasi wisata malang(SIGMA) adalah sistem informasi yang memanfaatkan peta geografis malang dengan memberikan fitur rekomendasi wisata salah satunya adalah rekomendasi terdekat. Dalam proses pembangunan sistem informasi geografis rekomendasi wisata malang diupayakan untuk mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan-kebutuhan dari para pengunjung wisata. Langkah tepat yang bisa dipakai untuk memperjelas kebutuhan adalah dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan analisis kebutuhan dengan lebih mendetil. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan langkah tersebut bisa dengan menggunakan metode analisis khusus pada tahap analisis kebutuhan. Salah satu metode yang bisa dipakai untuk menghasilkan kebutuhan lebih detil adalah Metode Extensible Requirement Elicitation and Analysis Process(XREAP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian skripsi yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan proses rekayasa kebutuhan perangkat lunak menggunakan Metode XREAP berhasil menganalisis 18 kebutuhan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian acceptance test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil implementasi fungsional sistem telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan perangkat lunak yang diutarakan oleh pengunjung wisata. Diharapkan fitur-fitur fungsional sistem informasi geografis rekomendasi wisata malang yang telah dibangun dapat membantu pelayanan kepada pengunjung wisata malang.
English Abstract
Development and marketing of tourism destination information are factors that support the increasing value-added in the tourism sector. Malang is a city that has a lot of tourism potential spread in every area. It has the many tourism locations, so it is necessary to provide information services for the tourists to help it explore Malang Tourism. Otherwise, they need a service to provide travel recommendations. Malang Geographic Information Systems Travel Recommendations (SIGMA) is an information system that utilizes the geographical map of the Malang City by providing features in travel recommendations. In the process of the system development, it’s necessasy to build system functional feature that match the requirement of the tourist visitors. To do that, the system analyst must clarify the requirement by using some requirement analysis method in requirement engineering phase. Extensible Requirement Elicitation and Analysis Process (XREAP) is one of the method that can be used to produce the user requirement detail. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded the process of requirements engineering software using XREAP methods successfully analyzed 18 system requirements detail. Based on the results of acceptance test, it can be concluded that the results of functional implementation of system evenly has meet the tourist software requirement. At last, It’s expected that functional features of SIGMA can help the tourist visitors to enjoy visiting Malang.
