Abstract
Tingkat kompetensi calon peserta didik yang berbeda-beda tidak jarang membuat pihak sekolah kesulitan dalam memilih calon peserta didik. Pemilihan calon peserta didik dirasakan masih sulit dikarenakan oleh kemampuan pihak sekolah dalam memilih calon peserta didik yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Keterbatasan tenaga kerjapun dirasakan membuat proses seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru kurang efektif. Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan, dapat memberikan solusi bagi pengguna dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan terkait seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru. Proses seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru menerapkan metode Elimination Et Choix Tranduisant La Realité (ELECTRE) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mengolah data peserta didik mulai dari nilai test tulis hingga nilai wawancara orang tua dalam menentukan peserta didik yang diterima dan yang tidak diterima. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem memiliki tingkat kesesuaian presentase sebesar 100%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian akurasi sistem antara perhitungan manual dengan hasil perhitungan metode ELECTRE dan TOPSIS menggunakan 67 data peserta didik dan 35 data peserta didik memiliki tingkat keakurasian tertinggi sebesar 88.06% dan tingkat keakurasian terendah 32.84%.
English Abstract
The level of competence of the candidate students of different schools often create difficulties in selecting candidates for learners. Selection of candidates for learners felt still difficult due to the ability of the school in selecting candidates for learners who are still using manual systems. The scarcity of perceived kerjapun make selection process for new students is less effective. The use of decision support systems, can provide a solution for users to assist the decision making process related to the selection of new students admission. Selection process for new students applying methods Elimination Et Choix Tranduisant La réalité (ELECTRE) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The method used to process the data of learners ranging from writing test scores to interview parents value in determining learners received and which are not acceptable. The results of testing the functionality of the system has a level of conformity percentage of 100%. While the results of testing the accuracy of the system between manual calculations with the results of the calculation method ELECTRE and TOPSIS using the data 67 learners and 35 Data learners have the highest accuracy rate of 88.06% and 32.84% accuracy rate low.
