Abstract
Mikro Kredit Sales Merupakan Salah Satu Profesi Dalam Lingkup Perbankan Yang Berperan Dalam Melayani Kredit Usaha Mikro Untuk Para Nasabah. Bank Mandiri Merupakan Salah Satu Bank Yang Menyediakan Layanan Kredit Usaha Mikro Di Indonesia. Proses Penilaian Yang Dilakukan Oleh Pihak Bank Mandiri Untuk Perekrutan Pegawai MKS Baru Kurang Memaksimalkan Teknologi Komputer Sehingga Hasil Keputusan Yang Didapat Kurang Efektif Dan Membutuhkan Waktu Yang Lama. Untuk Mengatasi Permasalahan Tersebut Dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Yang Terintegrasi Dengan Teknologi Komputer Sehingga Dapat Membantu Dalam Proses Pengambilan Keputusan Yang Cepat Dan Efektif. Pada Sistem Tersebut, Menerapkan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(F-AHP). Hasil Dari Pengujian Validasi Memiliki Kinerja Sistem Yang Sesuai Dengan Kebutuhan Sistem Secara Fungsional. Hasil Pengujian Fungsional Dengan Nilai Presentase Sebesar 100%. Hasil Dari Pengujian Akurasi Dari 50 Kandidat Yang Kemungkinan Diterima Berdasarkan Keputusan Bank Mandiri Terdapat 44 Data Yang Sesuai Dan 6 Data Yang Tidak Sesuai. Tingkat Akurasi Dari Hasil Keputusan Sistem Dengan Hasil Keputusan Bank Mandiri Sebesar 88,00% Sedangkan Tingkat Ketidakakurasian Sebesar 12,00%. Hasil Pengujian Sensitivitas Dari 4 Input Matriks Perbandingan Berpasangan Dari 18 Data Kandidat Pegawai MKS Memiliki Tingkat Akurasi Yang Berbeda. Pada Pengujian 1 Tingkat Akurasi Dari Perbandingan Hasil Keputusan Sistem Dan Hasil Keputusan Bank Mandiri Sebesar 77.78%. Pengujian 2 Dan 3 Tingkat Akurasi Dari Perbandingan Hasil Keputusan Sistem Dan Hasil Keputusan Bank Mandiri Sebesar 61.11% Dan 72.22%. Sedangkan Pada Pengujian 4 Tingkat Akurasi Dari Perbandingan Hasil Keputusan Sistem Dan Hasil Keputusan Bank Mandiri Sebesar 83.33. Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Hasil Dari Pengujian 4 Dengan Nilai Input Matriks Perbandingan Berpasangan, Berdasarkan Hasil Wawancara Dari Bank Mandiri Memiliki Tingkat Akurasi Yang Lebih Tinggi Dari Pada Pengujian 1,2 Dan 3.
English Abstract
Micro Credit Sales is one profession in the banking world which provides micro business credit to the customers. Bank Mandiri is a bank in Indonesia which delivers the service of this credit. The assessment by Bank Mandiri for the recruitment has, indeed, still used manual method which is then underestimating the weight of criteria and not maximizing computer technology. Therefore, the result of decision is not effective and needs quite long time to obtain. Dealing with this problem, a decision support system is proposed with integration to computer technology. It is expected that this system will be helpful to produce decision-making in quick and effective manners. In this system, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) is employed. Result of fungsional test indicates that the system has performed functionally based on demand. It also shows that the system is 100 % valid. Accuracy test with 50 candidates who have higher possibility to be recruited based on Bank Mandiri’s decision has indicated that 44 data are compatible while 6data are not compatible. Accuracy rate of systemic decision result by Bank Mandiri is 88.00 %, while the inaccuracy rate is 12.00%. The results of testing the sensitivity of 4 input pairwise comparison matrix of 18 candidate data MKS employees have different levels of accuracy. In the first test the accuracy of the comparison results of the decision-making system and the results of the Bank amounted to 77.78%. Tests 2 and 3 levels of accuracy of the comparison results of the decision-making system and the results of the Bank amounted to 61.11% and 72.22%. While at 4 testing the accuracy of the comparison results of the decision-making system and the results of the Bank amounted to 83.33. It can be concluded that the results of the test 4 with a pairwise comparison matrix input values, based on interviews of Bank Mandiri has a higher degree of accuracy than the 1,2 and 3 testing.
