Abstract
CV.HASTA KARYA PASURUAN selalu melakukan banyak duplikat arsip dalam melakukan pelaporan transaksi jual beli tanah. Arsip yang terkait adalah arsip penjualan (transaksi) dan AJB (Akte Jual Beli). Arsip penjualan dan AJB dimasukkan dalam gudang arsip khusus yang terletak di kantor utama pemilik CV. Penyimpanan arsip secara fisik menimbulkan kendala dalam proses pencarian dan memerlukan ruangan dan penyimpanan data yang sangat besar. Proses tersebut membuat alur distribusi data menjadi kurang cepat dan akurat yang akhirnya dapat memperlambat proses transaksi serta tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan akan laporan-laporan untuk setiap pengambilan keputusan oleh para pegawai maupun pihak penjual, banyaknya waktu yang terbuang untuk pencarian arsip dalam gudang membuat proses transaksi terbilang lama, kurang ekonomis, dan efisien. Identifikasi perbaikan dari proses bisnis menggunakan metode Business Proses Improvement (BPI) dan pembuatan tabel alur proses bisnis menggunakan BPMN. Sistem Informasi CV dibangun dengan Framework CI dan diuji kualitasnya menggunakan pengujian usability. Hasil dari pengujian usability testing ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata pengguna yang mempunyai persepsi positif yang tinggi dari sistem informasi (≥4). Hasil analisa dan pengujian fit/gap dengan kriteria automated bernilai 75% lebih unggul daripada proses bisnis sebelum perbaikan yaitu dengan nilai simplify 73%. Dengan begitu secara keseluruhan sistem sangat bermanfaat dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
English Abstract
CV.HASTA KARYA PASURUAN always do a lot of duplicate reporting of the buying and selling of land. The related archive are the archive sales (transaction) and AJB (Akte Jual Beli). Archive sales and AJB archived ar entered in special archives warehouse located in the main Office of the CV’s owner of the CV Archive Storage is physically pose a constraint in the search process and require big room for storaging and processing data. The process makes the Groove data distribution becomes less quickly and accurately which eventually can slow transaction process slow and it does not complete of the requirement for reports for any decision-making by the employees of the seller, nor the number of wasted time for searching the archive in the cellar to make the transaction process is longer, less economical, and efficient. Improvement of identification business process using Business Process Improvement (BPI) method and the creation of a business process flow chart using BPMN. CV information systems built with the CI Framework and quality tested using usability testing. The results of testing of usability testing is indicated by the value of the average user who had positive perceptions of information systems (≥ 4). The results of the analysis and the fit/gap testing with automated criteria is worth 75% than business processes before the repair is simplify value of 73%. So overall the system highly beneficial and meet the needs of the user
