Abstract
Aplikasi Google Calendar semakin berkembang sejak pertama kali diluncurkan pada 13 April 2006 . Aplikasi Google Calendar memiliki keunggulan yaitu dapat tersinkron dengan seluruh perangkat pengguna yang terintegrasi dengan akun Google. Sehingga ketika suatu event ditambahkan pada Google Calendar di salah satu perangkat pengguna, maka secara otomatis event tersebut juga tersimpan pada Google Calendar di perangkat lain pengguna yang terintegrasi dengan akun Google . Dosen memiliki banyak kegiatan seperti seminar, bimbingan mahasiswa, rapat, sidang skripsi dan mengajar dalam perkuliahan. Dalam kehidupan Universitas agenda kegiatan dosen mutlak diperlukan untuk mencatat kegiatan dosen di Universita s. Dosen mendapatkan informasi kegiatan dosen dari Admin akademik namun dosen harus mencatat ulang informasi kegiatan tersebut di perangkat lain. Hal ini tentunya kurang efisien, sehingga perlu dibuat sistem si nkronisasi agenda kegiatan dosen yang dapat mengirimkan push notification informasi kegiatan ke perangkat bergerak yang dimiliki oleh dosen dan secara otomatis informasi kegiatan yang dikirim tersebut dapat tersimpan pada Google Calendar dosen . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem sinkronisasi agenda kegiatan dosen di Universitas yang dapat mengirimkan informasi kegiatan dengan menggunakan push notification ke perangkat bergerak dosen dimana secara otomatis dapat menyimpan informasi kegiatan tersebut pada aplikasi Google Calendar dosen untuk disinkronkan lebih lanjut ke seluruh perangkat milik dosen yang telah terintegrasi dengan Google Cloud melalui Google Calendar. Hasil dari pengujian fungsional dan non-fungsional menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional yang telah dispesifikasikan dengan baik.
English Abstract
Google Calendar application has growing since it was first launched on 13 April 2006. It has the advantage that can be synchronized to some of the users device which is integrated by a Google account . So that, once an event is added into this application to one of the users device , then the event is also automatically, can be stored in the Google Calendar user on another device which connected to a Google account . Lecturer s has a bunch of activities such as seminars , student counseling , meetings, hearings thesis and lecturing in the classes. In daily basis of the University, lecturers agenda is absolutely necessary to record their activities at the University. They obtained the information of activities by academic A dmin lecturers but they need to record the information on these activities on their other devices . This is certainly less efficient , so it needs to be made synchronization system of lecturer agenda that can send push notification through mobile devices about the information held by lecturers and automatically transmitted it can be stored on Google Calendar lecturer . The purpose of this research is to create a system of synchronization agenda for lecturers at the University that can transmit information by using the push notification on through mobile devices which automatically they can store information such as activity on the Google Calendar application for further synchronized to the entire device belongs to them that has been integrated with Google Cloud via Google Calendar . Results of the functional and non - functional testing showed that this application can be operated by the functional and non - functional needs specified appropriately.
