Abstract
Sistem informasi persediaan barang merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat menangani masalah persediaan barang, termasuk didalamnya pencatatan terhadap barang yang masuk, barang yang keluar, pembelian bahan baku, barang yang ada di gudang, dan juga pelaporan. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan sebuah analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang pada CV. Tri Jaya. Pada CV. Tri Jaya sendiri belum dilakukan pencatatan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan persediaan barang. Dalam hal ini penulis mencoba untuk memberikan gambaran baru mengenai proses bisnis yang lebih baik untuk masalah persediaan barang. Dari proses bisnis tersebut penulis juga merancang sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani masalah persediaan barang, dimana dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional, didapatkan bahwa 100% sistem ini valid. Sedangkan hasil dari pengujian kegunaan, untuk faktor kemudahan penggunaan 57,5% dan aktifitas percobaan sistem berdasarkan scenario 92,5% responden sangat setuju terhadap kemudahan penggunaan sistem ini. Sehingga dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan sistem informasi persediaan barang ini dapat mempermudah perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya dan sistem yang telah dibangun ini dapat diterima oleh pengguna.
English Abstract
Inventory information system is a system that can handle inventory problems, including the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, the purchase of raw materials, goods in the warehouse, and also reporting. In this research the author conducted an analysis and design inventory information system on the CV. Tri Jaya. At CV. Tri Jaya itself, there is no record that related with supply of goods. In this case author tries to give an overview of the new business processes for better inventory problems. From that business process author also designed a web based information system that can be used to handle the inventory problems, where in the development of this information system using FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) methodology. Based on the result of functional testing, it was found that this system is 100% valid. While the result of usability testing, for ease of use factor 57,5% and for the activity of experimental systems based on the scenario 92,5% of respondents strongly agreed to the ease of use of this system. So from the test result it can be concluded that by using this inventory information system can help company run their business processes and this system can be accepted by users.
