Abstract
Proses pemesanan ruangan di PTIIK UB saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Pihak yang ingin melakukan pemesanan ruang harus melapor dan membuat surat pemesanan terlebih dahulu ke bagian umum PTIIK dan mengikuti arahan dari pelaksana umum. Proses tersebut memerlukan banyak waktu, tenaga dan biaya. Sebuah sistem berbasis web dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan dan memudahkan pihak-pihak terkait untuk melakukan proses pemesanan ruang. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode pengembangan enterprise architecture planning. Tujuan utama dari metode ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja di suatu organisasi dengan menentukan sistem informasi yang dirancang sesuai perkembangan organisasi. Proses pengujian pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan blackbox testing dan user acceptance test. Pada pengujian blackbox testing diketahui bahwa perangkat lunak berfungsi dengan baik. Pada pengujian user acceptence test didapatkan bahwa sistem informasi ini memudahkan pengguna melakukan pemesanan ruang serta mempercepat proses pemesanannya secara online.
English Abstract
The process of booking rooms at PTIIK UB is still done manually. Parties that want to book the room must to report and make advance reservations letter to the general PTIIK and follow the direction of the general executor. The process requires a lot of time, effort and expense. A web-based system designed to optimize and facilitate the stakeholders to make a process of booking a room. This system was designed using the enterprise architecture planning. The main purpose of this method is to improve the performance in an organization with determining the appropriate information system designed organizational development. The process of testing performed in this study using a blackbox testing and user acceptance test. At Blackbox testing is known that the software testing function properly. In user testing acceptence test showed that this information system enables users to book space and speed up the ordering process via online.
