Abstract
Kebutuhan orang saat ini terus meningkat dan beragam. Tetapi terkadang uang yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan sehingga memanfaatkan jalan lain yang salah satunya adalah dengan meminjam. Peminjaman uang lewat koperasi merupakan salah satu solusinya. Layanan atau sistem transaksi yang ada koperasi saat ini sangatlah sederhana, sehingga memungkinkan terjadi kecurangan petugas saat melakukan tagihan dan pencatatan pembukuan transaksi masih secara manual. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi desktop sebagai interface dalam melakukan pencatatan semua pembukuan transaksi dan memanfaatkan fitur sms gateway sebagai sistem yang mempermudah interaksi nasabah dan petugas ke admin. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode waterfall dimana metode tersebut menunjukkan pemodelan yang sistematis, dan berurutan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability yang dilakukan pada 20 nasabah, 10 petugas dan 5 administrator didapatkan hasil sebanyak 86,5% nasabah, 82% petugas dan 82% administrator menyatakan setuju dengan aplikasi sistem pembayaran pada koperasi berjalan sesuai fungsi dan kebutuhan pengguna.
English Abstract
The current needs of the ever-increasing and diverse. But sometimes the money available is not enough to get the needs so that the other way makes use of one of these is by borrowing. Loaning money through cooperative is one solution. The service or existing cooperative transaction system currently is very simple, allowing cheting occurs when officer do the bills and recording bookkeeping transaction are still manually. This research aims to utilize the features of sms gateway as system that facilitate customer interaction and officer to the admin. The method used is the waterfall method where this method shows a systematic modeling , and sequential. Based on results of usability testing conducted in 20 customers, 10 officers and 5 administrators obtained results as much as 86,5% customers, 82% of officers and administrators agree with the application of the payment system on the cooperative goes according to fuctions and needs of the use
