Abstract
Pada PT. Koki Indocan ketepatan antara produksi dan penyediaan bahan baku sangat penting dikarenakan bahan baku pada produksi produk makanan memiliki masa yang sangat terbatas sehingga kelebihan atau kekurangan dapat berakibat fatal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang terintegrasi yang dapat menghubungkan antar divisi dalam perusahaan. Saat ini telah ada sebuah teknologi yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Teknologi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sistem informasi pada perusahaan yang terintregasi pada penyimpanan data, informasi dan aktivitas sesuai dengan bisnis proses didalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba menyelesaikan masalah dengan membangun aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) khusus untuk PT. Koki Indocan yang dibangun menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan proses bisnis pada perusahaan sesuai dengan permasalahan ketepatan dalam penyediaan barang dan ketepatan produksi. Dalam penyelesaian permasalahan ketepatan dalam penyediaan barang dan ketepatan produksi penulis akan membangun aplikasi ERP yang meliputi bagian produksi, penyediaan, dan gudang sebagai fokus utama dalam pengerjaannya tanpa harus memperhatikan secara detail bagian – bagian lain di dalam perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 59% memilih setuju pada penilaian persepsi kegunaan dan 41% memilih sangat setuju, dan didapatkan hasil 63% memilih setuju dan 37% memilih sangat setuju pada penilaian persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Menggunakan aplikasi ERP sebagai penyelesaian permasalahan integrasi data, terbukti mampu mengintegrasikan data antara divisi sehingga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan ketepatan penyediaan barang untuk proses produksi.
English Abstract
At PT. Koki Indocan accuracy between the production and supply of raw materials is very important because the raw material in the production of food products have a very limited period so that the excess or deficiency can be fatal. Therefore, we need an integrated system that can connect among division within the company. Technology Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an information system that can integrate the data storage, information and activities in accordance with the business processes within the company. Therefore, the author try to solve the problem by developing the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for PT. Koki Indocan, built to adjust to the needs and business processes in the company in accordance with the accuracy issues in the provision of goods and production accuracy. To solve the problems of precision in provision of goods and production accuracy author will build ERP application which includes parts of the production, supply, and warehouse as the main focus in the process without having to attention to detail of the other parts of the company. The study showed that 59% agree and 41% strongly agree on the assessment of the usability perception, and 63% agree and 37% strongly agree on the assessment of perceived ease of use. ERP application as problem solving data integration, proved that it capable of integrating data among divisions so as to solve the problems of the precision of the supply of goods to the production process.
