Abstract
Pemilihan Mahasiswa Raya Universitas Brawijaya (PEMIRA UB) merupakan kegiatan yang berfungsi untuk memilih 1 Presiden Eksekutif Mahasiswa dan 13 orang Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa. Sebagai media demokrasi di tingkat Universitas, calon Presiden EM maupun Anggota DPM berasal dari berbagai angkatan maupun fakultas. Keberagaman latar para calon seringkali membuat mahasiswa bingung dalam menentukan hak pilihnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah rekomendasi sebagai pertimbangan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pemilihan. Kombinasi dari metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat diterapkan pada PEMIRA UB sebagai rekomendasi dalam memilih calon Presiden EM dan Anggota DPM. Implementasi metode tersebut melibatkan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh respon expert dan pembobotan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mengkalkulasi hasil pembobotan. Bobot yang telah didapatkan berikutnya digunakan sebagai penilaian alternatif dan diurutkan berdasarkan peringkat tertinggi menggunakan metode SAW. Perbandingan hasil perolehan jumlah suara (PJS) sebenarnya dalam PEMIRA UB dengan hasil perangkingan aplikasi mencapai akurasi 100% untuk calon Presiden EM, 54% untuk calon Anggota DPM pada pengujian pertama dan 9% pada pengujian kedua.
English Abstract
Student’s Election in Brawijaya University (PEMIRA UB) is an activity in order to select a president of the Student Executive and 13 Student Representative Board Members. As a media democracy at the university level, a candidate for President EM and DPM Members come from the generation and faculties. The background diversity of candidates often make students confused in determining their voting rights. Therefore needed a recommendation for student’s election. The combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), can be applied to PEMIRA UB as a recommendation in selecting candidates for President EM and DPM members. Implementation these methods involves the criteria that set by the expert response and heaviness was done by students. AHP method is used to calculate the weighting results. Furthermore, the weight that was obtained was used as an alternative assessment and sorted by the highest ranking using SAW method. Comparison between the real quantities of acquisition votes (PJS) in PEMIRA UB with the results of application, reaches an accuracy 100% for EM presidential candidate, 54% for prospective members of the DPM in the first test and 9% in the second test
