Abstract
Simplisia telah digunakan dalam bidang pengobatan tradisional. Pemilihan simplisia oleh para pelaku industri obat tradisional masih berdasarkan pengalaman maupun pengetahuan tradisional. Jumlah simplisia yang tersedia sangat banyak dan bervariasi sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan pemilihan simplisia sesuai dengan khasiat dan penanganan untuk diolah lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan gabungan metode ELECTRE I dan TOPSIS. Metode ELECTRE digunakan untuk melakukan pemilihan alternatif terbaik dari alternatif yang ada dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan tiap alternatif. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk mendapatkan urutan alternatif dengan mempertimbangkan jarak terhadap solusi ideal positif dan negatif dengan mengambil kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap presentase keakurasian rekomendasi dari hasil SPK terhadap hasil rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh UPT. Materia Medica. Data yang diuji 30 sampel data simplisia, dimana 10 simplisia untuk masing-masing indikasi gangguan kesehatan yaitu demam, diare dan batuk. Hasil akurasi rekomendasi simplisia terhadap demam menggunakan empat kriteria sebesar 40%, terhadap diare sebesar 20% dan terhadap batuk 10%. Hasil akurasi rekomendasi simplisia terhadap demam menggunakan dua kriteria sebesar 70%, terhadap diare sebesar 50% dan terhadap batuk 50%. Hasil uji spearman untuk demam 0,6727, diare 0,6970 dengan hubungan kuat dan batuk 0,8424 dengan hubungan sangat kuat.
English Abstract
Simplicia has been used in the field of traditional medicine. The selection of simplicias by the traditional medicine industry is still based on experience and traditional knowledge. However, the amount of simplicias available are many and varied so we need a system that helps in the decision to conduct the election in accordance with the properties of simplicia and treatment for further processing. This research implements a combination of methods ELECTRE I and TOPSIS. ELECTRE methods used to make the selection of the best alternative available alternatives by assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. TOPSIS method is used to obtain an alternative sequence by considering the distance to the positive ideal solution and negative by taking the relative closeness to the positive ideal solution. Accuracy testing conducted on recommendation from the DSS to the recommendations given by the Materia Medica. Data were tested 30 samples of data simplicia, of which 10 simplicia for each indication of health problems such as fever, diarrhea and cough. Accuracy of recommendation simplicia against fever by 40%, against diarrhea by 20% and 10% for cough. The results of the fever simplicia recommendation accuracy using two criteria by 70 %, against diarrhea by 50 % and 50 % for cough . Spearman test results for 0.6727 fever , diarrhea 0.6970 with strong relationships and a cough 0.8424 with a very strong relationship .
