Abstract
Pemadam kebakaran merupakan suatu instansi yang terkait dalam pengendalian, pencegahan, pemadaman kebakaran yang tidak lepas dari keberdaan manajemen aset yang dimiliki, oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem informasi yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam proses manajemen aset. Proses manajemen aset itu meliputi nama barang, kondisi barang, dan lokasi barang. Saat ini proses manajemen aset masih dikerjakan menggunakan Microsoft Office Word dan Microsoft Office Excel . Hal ini menyebabkan kinerja bagian manajemen aset saat ini menjadi kurang efektif. Untuk itulah dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi agar dapat mempermudah saat pengerjaannya. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode penelitian yang menghasilkan prototype sistem informasi manajemen aset Pemadam Kebakaran. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada bagian aset adalah petugas bagian aset tidak mencatat aset yang ada dan yang sedang dipinjam oleh pegawai. Selain itu pegawai seringkali lalai dalam mengembalikan aset yang telah dipinjam, sehingga ketika aset dibutuhkan tidak ada pada tempatnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang timbul seperti yang telah dijelaskan, penulis membuat sebuah sistem informasi manajemen aset yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan UPTB Pemadam Kebakaran. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi yang dikembangkan, pengelolaan manajemen aset dapat lebih efektif dan efesien . Sistem informasi manajemen aset dibuat dengan basis web. Aplikasi web pada umumnya memiliki banyak keuntungan, contohnya adalah bahwa aplikasi web tidak memerlukan instalansi dan update yang menyimpan banyak pekerjaan administrator untuk perusahaan. Selain itu, aplikasi web dapat digunakan pada platform yang berbeda dan bekerja dalam OS yang berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability menunjukkan pengguna setuju bahwa sistem layak digunakan dan diterapkan pada pengelolaan manajemen aset pemadam kebakaran. Sedangkan pada uji fungsionalitas dan non-fungsional menghasilkan bahwa sistem ini 97,2% valid dan layak digunakan. Dan pada kompatibilitas browser menghasilkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan pada Chrome browser dan firefox browser. Ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil mengimplementasikan sistem informasi dengan bisnis proses pada Pemadam Kebakaran sehingga menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat diterima oleh pengguna khususnya pengguna dilingkungan Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Blitar.
English Abstract
Fire department is an institution that is involved in the control, prevention, fire suppression that can’t be separated from the existence of owned asset management, therefore, needs an information system that serves as a tool in the asset management process. Asset management process that includes the item name, item condition, and location of goods. Currently, the asset management process is still worked using Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel. This causes the performance of the current asset management becomes less effective. For that we need a system of information in order to make it easier to process. In the design of information systems use research methods that generate information system prototype Fire department of asset management. The problem that often occurs in asset is not an asset officer noted that assets exist and are being borrowed by employees. In addition, employees are often negligent in returning the assets that have been borrowed, so that when the item needed is not in place. Based on the proble ms that happened as already described, the author makes an asset management information system that needs of fire department. Thus the existence of information system which is developed, the management of asset can be more effective and efficient. Asset management information system is made on the basis of the web. Web applications in general have a lot of advantages, for example, web application does not require the plant and updates that saves administrators a lot of work for the company. In addition, the web application can be used on different platforms and works in a different OS. Based on the results of a usability test show the user agrees that the system is fit for use and management of asset applied to the fire department. While on test functionality and non-functional result in that the system is 97,2 % valid and fit for use. And the browser compatibility produce that the system can run on the Chrome browser and Firefox browser. This shows that the application is successfully implementing information systems with business processes on Fire department resulting application can be accepted by users, especially users of Blitar City Fire departement.
