Abstract
KUD Ngebel adalah sebuah koperasi unit desa dengan karakteristik pengguna yang tidak memiliki dasar akuntansi, pemahaman komputer, pemahaman Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, serta latar belakang pendidikan yang sangat rendah. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan perancangan antarmuka dan interaksi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pengguna dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design. Yaitu perancangan dengan melibatkan pengguna di tengah proses perancangan. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan metode User Centered Design maka dihasilkan antarmuka dan interaksi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pengguna yang ada pada KUD Ngebel. Peneliti menggunakan metode User Centered Design berdasarkan ISO 13407:1999 dengan analisa Think Aloud. Hasil penelitian adalah perancangan antarmuka dan interaksi Sistem Informasi Akuntani berupa prototype. Dari hasil evaluasi formative dan summative diperoleh rata-rata pencapaian kebutuhan pengguna sebesar 94,8%. Berdasarkan Usability Testing, didapatkan hasil learnability sebesar 95%, efficiency sebesar 92,1%, satisfaction sebesar 94,3%, dengan rata-rata pencapaian keseluruhan sebesar 93,8%. Hasil akhir juga menunjukkan, 100% pengguna lebih memilih rancangan dari peneliti dibandingkan dengan rancangan pengembang lain. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai summative rancangan peneliti yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata nilai summative pengembang lain. Yaitu 94,8% untuk rancangan peneliti dan 31,9% untuk pengembang lain.
English Abstract
KUD Ngebel is a Koperasi Unit Desa with the characteristics of users who do not have basic accounting, computer understanding, understanding of Accounting Information Systems, as well as its low education background. Therefore, it is necessary to design in appropriate way of the interface and interaction Accounting Information System with the characteristics of user by using User Centered Design method. Namely, it was designed by involving users in the middle of design process. It is expected that by applying the method of User Centered Design then generated the interfaces and interactions that match with the characteristics of the users at KUD Ngebel. Researchers using User Centered Design methods based on ISO 13407: 1999 with analysis of Think Aloud. The result of the research is to design the interface and interaction of a prototype of Accounting Information Systems. From the formative and summative evaluation results obtained the average achievement of 94.8% of user needs. Based on the Usability Testing, the results obtained by 95% learnability, efficiency of 92.1%, amount of 94.3% satisfaction, with an average of 93.8% overall achievement. The final results also showed that 100% of users prefer the design of the research design compared to other developers. This is indicated by the researchers design average summative value which is higher than the average summative value by other developers. That is 94.8% for researchers design and 31.9% for other developers.
