Abstract
Daerah pengaliran Sungai Bengawan Solo mempunyai potensi sumber daya air yang cukup besar. Namun ketersediaan sumber daya air tersebut tidak terbagi secara merata sepanjang musim, sehingga masih sering menimbulkan kesenjangan antara kelebihan air di musim hujan dan kekurangan air di musim kemarau. Hal ini terutama terjadi di daerah pengaliran Sungai Bengawan Solo Hilir. Pembangunan Bendung Gerak Sembayat guna meninggikan dan mengatur muka air di hulu sungai sehingga mencukupi kebutuhan air pada musim kemarau. Pada studi ini dilakukan perhitungan debit yang melewati pintu flap gate dan pintu utama (sluice gate) bendung gerak yang bertujuan mengetahui pola operasi pintu Bendung Gerak Sembayat yang sesuai untuk menjaga muka air di hulu pada elevasi + 0,700 m. Sehingga menghasilkan nilai tinggi bukaan pintu yang mampu menjaga muka air di hulu. Menganalisa kondisi pada bagian hilir bendung gerak akibat pasang surut air laut dan debit air yang melewati pintu Bendung Gerak Sembayat, sehingga dapat diketahui bagaimana kondisi bangunan pada daerah hilir bendung gerak. Berdasarkan hasil studi ini, operasi pintu mampu menjaga elevasi muka air di hulu pada elevasi +0,700 m, pintu flap gate dioperasikan untuk debit kurang dari 214 m3/det. Sedangkan pintu utama (sluice gate) dioperasikan untuk debit lebih dari 214 m3/det, dengan variasi bukaan pintu berdasarkan debit rencana kala ulang. Kondisi hilir Bendung Gerak Sembayat tidak akan kering ketika musim kemarau, dikarenakan adanya pasang surut air laut. Untuk kondisi surut pintu utama (sluice gate) mampu melewatkan debit (Q2th – Q100th). Ketika kondisi pasang pintu utama (sluice gate) tidak mampu melewatkan debit (Q2th – Q100th), maka perlu dioperasikan dengan bantuan pintu flap gate agar dapat melewatkan debit tersebut. Pada perhitungan kondisi hilir Bendung Gerak Sembayat terjadi degradasi dengan kedalaman mencapai 3,680 m pada debit Q100th. Sedangkan untuk panjang pondasi pancang pada endsill sepanjang 5,170 m, maka kondisi endsill masih tetap aman bila terjadi degradasi.
English Abstract
Regional flowing Bengawan Solo River have the potential of water resources large enough. But the availability of water resources are not divided evenly along season, so that still often inflict gap between excess of water in the rainy season and the water shortage in the dry season. It is especially occurring in the Lower Solo River Basin. Sembayat Barrage development to exalt and regulates advance water in the upstream so that satisfy the needs of water during the dry season. In this study was conducted calculation discharge who pass the entrance flap gate and main gate (sluice gate) barrage which aims to knowing operation of Sembayat Barrage corresponding to keep advance water in upstream in elevation + 0,700 m. So as to produce high value the gate openings unable to keep advance water upstream. Analyzing conditions in downstream barrage due to tides and discharge through the gate Sembayat Barrage, so it can be known how conditions of buildings in the area downstream barrage. Based on the results of this study, the operation of the able to maintain the upstream water level in elevation + 0,700 m, the flap gate operated to discharge less than 214 m3/det. While main gate (sluice gate) operated to discharge more than 214 m3/det, variation in the discharge openings based on plan re time. The motion downstream Sembayat Barrage will not dry when dry season, due to the tides. For the condition recede, main gate (sluice gate) able to miss discharge ( Q2th - Q100th ). When the pair, main gate (sluice gate) incapable of passing discharge ( Q2th - Q100th ), needs to be operated by flap gate to miss the discharge. The Calculation condition downstream Sembayat Barrage happened degradation with a depth reached 3,680 m on discharge Q100th. The foundation long stake in endsill along 5,170 m, hence the condition of endsill still secure that happened degradation.
