Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan perekonomian di wilayah Surabaya-Sidoarjo cukup tinggi sehingga aktivitas dan pergerakan warga semakin meningkat. Dari situ masyarakat seringkali menggunakan salah satu moda transportasi umum roda dua berupa ojek konvensional dan ojek online ( go-jek) sebagai angkutan jarak dekat maupun menengah untuk melakukan perjalanan. namun ojek konvensional seringkali susah didapati di daerah daerah yang jauh dari tempat seperti terminal bus, stasiun kereta api, bahkan tempat tempat wisata dan sebagainya, penawaran biaya tarif yang berteleh-teleh, mengalami penurunan penumpang setengah dari jumlah penumpang sebelum adanya go-jek. Walaupun demikian kinerja go-jek salah satunya dalam bentuk pelayanan pengemudi belum optimal dari segi cara mengemudi dan dalam kesopanan. Objek yang diteliti adalah penumpang go-jek dan pernah menggunakan ojek konvensioanl dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 220 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan perjalanan serta kuisioner Important Performance Analysis dengan atribut yaitu nama dan warna angkutan, identitas pengemudi dan nomor handphone, mengangkut penumpang tidak melebihi kapasitas, cara mengemudi, ketersediaan helm, layanan asuransi, waktu tunggu, layanan jas hujan, tarif, fasilitas pemesanan angkutan, fasilitas pengaduan penumpang, waktu tempu. Untuk Stated Preference yang memiliki atribut biaya perjalanan, waktu mendapatkan angkutan dari angkutan go-jek dan ojek konvensional. Hasil studi dapat diketahui karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan perjalanan dari penumpang GO-JEK pada Tabel 4.17 . Untuk metode Important Performance Analysis diketahui nilai rata-rata tingkat kepuasan sebesar 3,613 dan dari Tabel 4.24 nilai rata-rata tingkat kepentingan sebesar 4.241. Sebanyak 3 indikator atau dengan persentase 25% masuk pada kuadran I. Sebanyak 5 indikator atau dengan persentase 41.67% masuk pada kuadran II. Sebanyak 3 indikator atau dengan persentase 25% masuk pada kuadran III. Sebanyak 1 indikator atau dengan persentase 8.3% masuk pada kuadran IV. Hasil pemodelan pemilihan moda angkutan go-jek dan ojek konevesional dengan metode Stated Preference sebagai berikut : 1. Selisih biaya perjalanan (??1) (?OL−?OK)= 0.813- 0.00004606 (??1) 2. Selisih waktu mendapatkan angkutan(??2) (?OL−?OK)= 0,149 - 0.322 (??2)

English Abstract

Population growth and economic development in the region Surabaya-Sidoarjo high enough so that the activities and the movement of citizens is increasing. From there, people often use one mode of public transport in the form of two-wheel motorcycles and motorcycles conventional online (go-jek) as near and medium distance transportation for travel. but conventional motorcycle was found in the area are often hard to areas far away from places such as bus terminals, train stations, and even places of tourist attractions and so on, cost-teleh berteleh rates, decreased passenger half of the number of passengers prior to their go-jek. Nevertheless Performance go-jek one driver in the form of service is not optimal in terms of how to drive and in politeness The object in question was a passenger go-jek and never use ojeks convensioanl with a total sample of 220 respondents was obtained using the formula Slovin, and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires socio-economic characteristics and trips as well as questionnaires Important Performance Analysis with the attribute that is the name and the color of transportation, identity of the driver and the phone number, do not exceed the capacity of carrying passengers, driving manner, the availability of the helmet, insurance services, waiting time, service raincoat, rates, transport booking facilities, passenger complaints facility, tempu time. Stated Preference for who has the attributes of travel costs, time to get transport of freight and go-jek conventional ojeks. The study results can be known socio-economic characteristics and the journey of passengers go-jek in Table 4:17. Important to Performance Analysis methods known to the average value of 3.613 and the level of satisfaction of Table 4:24 average value of interest rate amounted to 4,241.
