Abstract

Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Pada Pt Malindo Intitama Raya (Mir) Yang Difokuskan Pada Produksi Springbed Tipe Bigline Maxi Reguler. Springbed Tipe Bigline Maxi Reguler Merupakan Salah Satu Produk Yang Paling Banyak Dipesan Konsumen Dan Diproduksi Setiap Hari. Permasalahan Yang Dialami Perusahaan Ialah Banyaknya Penumpukan Material Atau Work In Process (Wip) Di Sepuluh Proses Pengerjaan. Work In Process Mengacu Pada Semua Bahan Dan Produk Setengah Jadi Yang Berada Di Berbagai Tahap Proses Produksi. Banyaknya Work In Process Juga Termasuk Dalam Kerugian Perusahaan Yang Bisa Dikarenakan Oleh Beban Tiap Stasiun Kerja Yang Tidak Seimbang. Hal Tersebut Secara Tidak Langsung Dapat Menghambat Perpindahan Barang. Perpindahan Barang Yang Memerlukan Jarak Pendek Harus Memutar Dikarenakan Adanya Penumpukan Work In Process. Permasalahan Penumpukan Work In Process Pada Pt Malindo Intitama Raya Diharapkan Dapat Diatasi Dengan Adanya Fleksibilitas Pekerja. Fleksibilitas Pekerja Yang Dimaksud Adalah Mengubah Jumlah Pekerja Pada Suatu Lintasan Produksi Apabila Permintaan Produksi Berubah (Berkurang Atau Bertambah). Secara Tidak Langsung, Mengubah Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Akan Berpengaruh Pada Penumpukan Work In Process. Shojinka Merupakan Suatu Teknik Untuk Mencapai Fleksibilitas Dalam Pengaturan Jumlah Pekerja Di Tempat Kerja Dengan Menyesuaikan Tingkat Kesulitan Atau Besarnya Beban Kerja Pada Proses Tertentu. Gang Process Chart Dapat Dijadikan Salah Satu Tools Agar Pendekatan Shojinka Dapat Tepat Sasaran. Gang Process Chart Bertujuan Untuk Mengidentifikasi Pembagian Kerja Tenaga Kerja Dan Mengetahui Waktu Idle Setiap Pekerjanya. Setelah Dilakukan Pendekatan Teknik Shojinka Pada Proses Produksi Springbed Tipe Bigline Maxi Reguler Dengan Mengatur Kembali Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Yang Digunakan, Untuk Target Berjumlah 5 Produk Akan Terjadi Pengurangan Work In Process Di 4 Proses Dengan Total 5 Unit Dan Penambahan Work In Process Di 2 Proses Dengan Total 2 Unit. Pada Jumlah 6 Produk Terjadi Pengurangan Work In Process Di 5 Proses Dengan Total 9 Unit Dan Penambahan Work In Process Di 3 Proses Dengan Total 3 Unit. Pada Jumlah 7 Produk Terjadi Pengurangan Work In Process Di 6 Proses Dengan Total 10 Unit Dan Penambahan Work In Process Di 3 Proses Dengan Total 3 Unit. Pada Jumlah 8 Produk Terjadi Pengurangan Work In Process Di 5 Proses Dengan Total 9 Unit Dan Penambahan Work In Process Di 4 Proses Dengan Total 5 Unit. Pada Jumlah 9 Produk Terjadi Pengurangan Work In Process Di 5 Proses Dengan Total 8 Unit Dan Penambahan Work In Process Di 3 Proses Dengan Total 6 Unit.

English Abstract

This Research Was Implemented At Pt Malindo Intitama Raya (Mir), Which Is Focused On Springbed’s Production Type Bigline Maxi Reguler. This Springbed Is One Of The Most Ordered Products By Consumers And Produced Everyday. It Was Found That The Company’s Problem Was The Number Of Work In Process (Wip) In Ten Process. Work In Process Refers To All Materials And Semi-Finished Products That Were In Some Steps Of The Production Process. The Amount Of Work In Process Were Also Included In The Company’s Losses Could Be Caused By The Load Of Each Unbalanced Workstation. Inderectly, It Can Inhibit The Movement Of Goods. Movement Of Goods That Requires A Short Distance Must Rotate Due To The Accumulation Of Work In Process. Problems Of Work In Process At Pt Malindo Intitama Raya Is Expected To Be Resolved With The Flexibility Of Workers. The Meaning Of Flexibility Worker Is To Change The Number Of Workers On A Production Line If Production Demands Change (Decrease Or Increase). Indirectly, Changing The Number Of Workers Will Affect To Accumulation Of Work In Process. Shojinka Is A Technique For Reaching Flexibility In Setting The Number Of Workers At The Workplace By Adjusting The Level Of Difficulty Or The Amount Of Workload On A Specific Process. Gang Process Chart Can Be Used As One Tool In Order That Shojinka’s Approach Can Be Targeted. Gang Process Chart To Identify The Division Of Labor Work And Know The Idle Time Of Each Worker. After Shojinka Applied To The Production Process Springbed Type Bigline Maxi Regular By Rearranging The Amount Of Labor Used, There Were Four Process With Total Of Five Units Wip Reduced, And Two Processes With Total Of Two Units Wip Added When Producing Five Units. Five Process With Total Of Nine Units Wip Reduced, And Three Process With Total Of Three Units Wip Added When Producing Six Units. Six Process With Total Of Ten Units Wip Reduced, And Three Process With Total Of Three Units Wip Added When Producing Seven Units. Five Process With Total Of Nine Units Wip Reduced, And Four Process With Total Of Five Units Wip Added When Producing Eight Units. Five Process With Total Of Eight Units Wip Reduced, And Three Process With Total Of Six Units Wip Added When Producing Nine Units.
