Abstract

Pt. Cakra Guna Cipta Malang Adalah Perusahaan Yang Memproduksi Rokok “Cakra”. Terdapat 2 Macam Proses Produksi Yaitu Skt Dan Skm. Berdasarkan Hasil Pengamatan Langsung Di Ruang Produksi Skt Terdapat Banyak Keluhan Mengenai Keadaan Ruang Produksi Yang Sangat Panas Dengan Rentang Suhu Antara 29,8°C Hingga 33,4°C. Berdasarkan Perhitungan Nilai Heat Index Dari Suhu Tersebut Diketahui Bahwa Nilai Tersebut Termasuk Dalam Kategori Bahaya Ekstrim. Pada Kategori Ini, Pekerja Beresiko Terkena Heat Stroke Dan Kemungkinan Ketidaksadaran. Pada Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Perancangan Beberapa Skenario Model Alternatif Digunakan Untuk Mengatasi Permasalahan Keadaan Ruang Produksi Tersebut. Simulasi Computational Fluid Dynamic (Cfd) Untuk Mengetahui Persebaran Suhu Di Ruang Produksi Existing Dan Ruang Produksi Model Alternatif. Perhitungan Nilai Heat Index (Hi) Dari Hasil Simulasi Cfd Digunakan Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Risiko Yang Terjadi Pada Pekerja. Pemilihan Model Alternatif Terbaik Dilakukan Berdasarkan Perbandingan Nilai Suhu, Kelembaban Relatif Dan Heat Index. Model Alternatif Yang Terpilih Adalah Model Alternatif Iii Melalui Penambahan Lubang Ventilasi Berukuran 90 Cm X 20 Cm Dan 1 Unit Ac Standing Floor. Hasil Simulasi Cfd Yang Dilakukan Pada Alternatif Skenario Iii Didapatkan Nilai Suhu Tertinggi Pada Ruangan Produksi Adalah 31,9096°C Nilai Suhu Terendah Adalah 28,322°C Dan Memiliki Nilai Rata-Rata Suhu Sebesar 30,155°C. Nilai Kelembaban Relatif Tertinggi Sebesar 54,34%. Berdasarkan Perhitungan Nilai Heat Index Nilai Hi Tertinggi Sebesar 36,0332, Nilai Hi Terendah Sebesar 29,5898 Dan Nilai Hi Rata-Rata 32,4803. Dilihat Pada Heat Index (Hi) Tabel Kondisi Tersebut Tersebut Digolongkan Pada Daerah “Hati-Hati” Dan “Perhatian Ekstrim”. Berdasarkan Kategori Hi Pada Alternatif Iii, Risiko Heat Stroke Dan Kemungkinan Ketidaksadaran Dapat Dihindari. Dengan Adanya Skenario Perbaikan Yang Telah Dilakukan Maka Diharapkan Pekerja Akan Lebih Merasa Nyaman Dan Dapat Meningkatkan Kinerja. Melalui Skenario Perbaikan Ini, Diharapkan Keluhan Terhadap Kondisi Ruang Kerja Dapat Berkurang, Sehingga Pekerja Dapat Lebih Fokus Dan Kondusif Dalam Bekerja.

English Abstract

Pt. Cakra Guna Cipta Malang Is A Company That Produces “Cakra” Ciggarates. There Are Two Kind Of Production Processes, They Are Skt And Skm. Based On The Result Of Pre-Field Study At Skt Production Area, There Are Many Complaints Related To The Workspace’s Temperature That Often Being Too Hot For Workers, Which Is Ranges From 29.8°C To 33.4°C. According To Heat Index Calculation Point, It Is Identified That The Temperature Range In Production Area Defined As Extreme Danger. At This Category, The Workers Are Exposed By The Risk Of Having Heat Stroke, Moreover, The Possibility Of Become Unconscious. Some Alternative Model Scenarios Are Being Formed In This Research To Resolve The Occurred Problem In Production Area Of Skt. Computational Fluid Dynamic (Cfd) Simulation Is Applied To Get The Distribution Of Temperature In Both Existing And Alternative Workspace Area. The Heat Index Value Obtained From Cfd’s Calculation Shows The Risk Level That Occur On The Worker. The Determination Of The Best Alternative Model Is Considered By The Value Ratio Of Temperature, Relative Humidity, And Heat Index. The Third Alternative Model Was Chosen As The Best Scenario By Adding 90 Cm X 20 Cm Ventilation Holes And A Standing Floor Air Conditioner. Cfd Simulation Results Ran On Alternative Scenarios Iii Shows The Highest Room Temperature Value At Production Area Is 31.9096°C And The Lowest Is 28.322°C, And Having The Average Value Around 30.155°C. The Value Of Relative Humidity Is 54.34%. Based On The Calculation Of Heat Index Value, The Highest Hi Value Is 36.0332 And The Lowest Value Is 29.5898, On Average Of 32.4803. According To Hi Table Classification, This Condition Is In “Caution” And “Extreme Danger” Area. Based Hi Category, The Risk Of Heat Stroke And Unconsciousness Possibility On Alternative Iii Can Be Avoided. By Using This Improvements Scenario Recommendation, It Is Expected That The Workers Will Be More Comfortable And Have A Better Performance. On The Other Hand, The Number Of Complaints About The Condition Of The Workspace Is Also Expected To Be Reduced, So That The Workers Can Work Effectively And Efficiently
