Abstract
UMKM daerah sangat tahan banting sebagai usaha penopang dinamika ekonomi nasional yang semakin menurun. Departemen Perdagangan Republik Indonesia memfokuskan UMKM dalam bidang arsitektur, kerajinan, dan desain. Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu bagian terbesar di Jawa Timur dengan daya tarik dan potensi pariwisata di bidang kerajinan dan kesenian yang diwadahi d alam Pusat Seni dan Kerajinan Kendedes . Gedung/ ruang pamer karya yang merupakan ruang utama fungsi bangunan tersebut , dimana aktivitas para pengguna bangunan (pe kerja dan pengunjung/ pengamat) di dalamnya adalah proses melihat dan mengamati hasil seni/ kerajinan yang sangat membutuhkan cahaya . Kebutuhan cahaya baik cahaya alami maupun cahaya buatan pada gedung/ ruang pamer cukup tinggi mengingat fungsinya sebagai salah satu tempat kerja yang sebagian besar kegiatannya sangat mengandalkan mata . Pemanfaatan cahaya alami ditekankan pada siang hari sesuai dalam SNI 03-6197-2000, sehingga penggunaan pencahayaan buatan diminimalisir dengan penggunaan cahaya alami. Akan tetapi cahaya dalam gedung pamer P usat S eni dan K erajinan Kendedes yang terlalu tinggi (1000 hingga 4000 lux) menimbulkan silau. Keterbatasan wadah pameran semakin menambah kesan silau ( glare ). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan ruang yang mampu memberikan kenyamanan visual sesuai kebutuhan melihat, baik terhadap aspek teknis pencahayaan maupun aspek teknis gedung pamer berdasarkan standart tingkat pencahayaan rata-rata sebesar 300 lux ( SNI 6197:2011) . P engelolaan elemen bangunan mampu memberikan kenyamanan visual dalam gedung pamer dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi lokasi bangunan (ruang luar) , organisasi ruang dan orientasi , sistem tata cahaya (
English Abstract
UMKM local is very hold out as foundation of the national economy dynamics decreased. The commerce department of Republic Indonesia focused on UMKM in the field of architecture, handicraft, and design. Malang district is one of the greatest part in East Java with attractiveness and tourism potential in the field of crafts and arts which are accommodated in The Arts and Crafts Central Kendedes Kabupaten Malang. Building or exhibition room of the arts that is the main function the building, where the activity of users building (workers and visitors to the observer) or the insides were the process of sight and observing the results of the art or the craft was in dire need of light. The needs of light of light either natural or artificial light on a building or exhibition room high enough considering that their function as one of the work most of their activities very rely on eyes. The utilization of natural light was focused on the daytime in accordance in SNI 03-6197-2000, so that the use of artificial illumination minimized by the use of natural light. However light in the Exhibition Building of The Arts and Crafts Central Kendedes that is too high (1000 until 4000 lux) to make it glare. The limitations of the exhibition are increasingly add a glare. Because of it, needed a space that can provide comfort visual according to the needs of seeing, either good against the technical aspects of lighting or the technical aspects of exhibition building on the level of lighting standart an average of 300 lux (SNI 6197: 2011). Element building management able to provide visual comfort in the exhibition building consider the condition of the building site (exterior), the organization of space and orientation, lighting system (natural light/ openings and artificial/ lamps), form and modification of the structure of the building (shading the sun), color and materials (finishing), and planning interior (distance/ perspective and product displays), so that the sun radiation could be reduced. Natural lighting role as the lighting during the daytime, while artificial illumination active role at the time and provide the illumination daylighting decreased night.
