Abstract
"Pada tahun 2020 semua rumah sakit di Indonesia harus sudah menerapkan Green Hospital". Demikian disampaikan dr. Supriyantoro, Sp.P, MARS, Direktur Jenderal Bina Upaya Kesehatan pada Seminar Green Hospital tanggal 27 September 2012 di Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta. Green Hospital merupakan rumah sakit yang berwawasan lingkungan dan jawaban atas tuntutan kebutuhan pelayanan dari pelanggan rumah sakit yang telah bergeser ke arah pelayanan paripurna serta berbasis kenyamanan dan keamanan lingkungan rumah sakit. Rumah sakit sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatu lembaga yang penting keberadaannya bagi masyarakat. Semakin tinggi taraf kehidupan masyarakat maka semakin tinggi pula tuntutannya terhadap penyediaan fasilitas kesehatan (Adi Santosa, 2004). Tingginya tuntuntan fasilitas kesehatan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek seperti; tekanan ekonomi dan faktor pendidikan (ketidak tahuan) tentang kualitas kesehatan. Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan tersebut, maka pihak Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta memiliki gagasan untuk menyelenggarakan perancangan Desain Green Hospital Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta dalam kesatuan desain yang utuh khususnya pada perancangan ruang luar dalam kawasan rumah sakit, yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan melalui penerapan green hospital . Adapun dalam perancangannya memiliki gambaran umum maupun gambaran khusus sebagai berikut: 1.Desain sistem jaringan utilitas Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. 2.Sistem Pengelolaan limbah Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. 3.Sistem sirkulasi Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. 4.Desain jalur pejalan kaki Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. 5.Desain sistem area parkir Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. 6. Desain taman dan peletakan vegetasi Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. Dengan penerapan green hospital pada pengembangan masterplan RSO Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta diharapkan nantinya akan menjadi ciri khas sekaligus model pembangunan Green Hospital yang berkelanjutan untuk industri rumah sakit.
English Abstract
" In 2020 all hospitals in Indonesia must have applied Green Hospital " . This was conveyed by dr . Supriyantoro , Sp.P , MARS , Director General of Health Services Seminar Green Hospital on September 27, 2012 at Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta . Green Hospital is a hospital that is environmentally friendly and answers to the demanding needs of customers service hospital that has shifted toward services -based plenary as well as the comfort and safety of the hospital environment . Hospital as a health care center is an institution of great importance to society . The higher the standard of life of the community , the higher the demand for the provision of health facilities ( Adi Santosa , 2004) . The high tuntuntan health facilities increased along with the increasing need for health services is influenced by several aspects such as ; economic pressures and educational factors ( ignorance ) about the quality of health . In order to support the policy , then the Orthopedic Hospital Prof . Dr. . R. Soeharso Surakarta had the idea to organize the design of the Green Design Prof. Hospital Orthopaedic Hospital . Dr. . R. Soeharso Surakarta in the unity of the whole design , especially in the design of outdoor space within the hospital , which has the potential to be developed through the application of green hospital . As in its design to have a general overview and specific picture as follows : 1 . The utility grid system design Prof. Orthopaedic Hospital . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . 2 . Systems Waste Management Orthopedic Hospital Prof . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . 3 . Systems Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. circulation . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . 4 . Designs pedestrian paths Orthopedic Hospital Prof . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . 5 . Parking area system design Prof. Orthopaedic Hospital . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . 6 . Garden design and placement of vegetation Prof. Orthopaedic Hospital . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta . With the implementation of the master plan on development of green hospital RSO Prof . DR . R. Soeharso Surakarta is expected will become the hallmark of the Green Hospital and model of sustainable development for the hospital industry .
