Abstract
Diangkatnya tema pada judul ini dikarenakan kondisi PPN Brondong memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam usaha pengembangan perikanan tangkap yaitu sebagai pusat kegiatan perikanan laut di Kabupaten Lamongan. Kecamatan Brondong masuk dalam Wilayah Pengembangan II yang direncanakan menjadi kawasan minapolitan tangkap, sehingga dibutuhkan penambahan fasilitas yang disesuaikan dengan standar kawasan minapolitan. Aktivitas perdagangan saat ini meningkat seiring meningkatnya hasil tangkapan ikan menyebabkan kondisi PPN Brondong menjadi tidak tertata dengan baik. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan perancangan fasilitas fisik pasar ikan yang baik sesuai standar pasar sehat (Kepmenkes/519/SK/VI/2008) untuk menjual belikan ikan secara eceran serta rancangan bangunan bangunan yang dapat menyesuaikan iklim dan arsitektur lokal setempat. Metode perancangan yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif, programatik dan pragmatik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi tapak secara langsung dengan penggunaan teori yang dipaparkan secara kualitatif. Tahapan analisis dan sintesis dilakukan dengan metode programatik yang merupakan metode penyelesaian suatu masalah secara sistematis dan berurutan, sedangkan konsep arsitektur lokal tanggap iklim dikembangkan melalui metode pragmatik. Objek komparasi yang digunakan ialah komparasi bangunan dengan fungsi pasar ikan dan bangunan dengan fungsi pasar yang menerapkan konsep arsitektur lokal tanggap iklim. Hasil dari kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep arsitektur lokal tanggap iklim yang diterapkan pada bangunan dengan fungsi utama pasar ikan melalui parameter dan kriteria desain yang telah ditetapkan dapat memberikan kenyamanan di dalam ruang sehingga dapat menurunkan suhu di dalam ruangan serta dapat mengalirkan angin dengan baik ke dalam ruangan di pasar ikan.
English Abstract
This theme selection for this title caused PPN Brondong has a strategic role in the business development of fisheries, namely as a center of marine fisheries in Lamongan. Subdistrict Brondong included in the Development Area II is planned to be Minapolitan fishing, requiring the addition of standard facilities that are tailored to the Minapolitan. Current trading activity increased with increasing catches cause conditions PPN Brondong be well ordered. In response to these problems, the design of the physical facilities needed a good fish market healthy market standards (Kepmenkes/519/SK/VI/2008) to sell the fish bought at retail and building design buildings that can adjust the local climate and local architecture. Design method used is qualitative descriptive, programmatic and pragmatic. Data collection was done by looking at the site conditions directly with the use of the theory described qualitatively. Stages of analysis and synthesis performed with programmatic method is a method of settling a problem systematically and sequentially, while the concept of climate responsive local architecture developed through pragmatic method. Objects used comparison is a comparison of the building with the function of the fish market and building market functions that implement the concept of local architecture climate response. Results of the study showed that the concept of climate responsive local architecture applied to buildings with the main function of the fish market through the design parameters and criteria established to provide comfort in the room so it can reduce temperature indoors and wind can flow properly into the room in fish market.
