Abstract
PT Merak Jaya Beton Malang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur. Perusahaan ini memproduksi ready mix dan pre cast. Pada awalnya, kriteria pemilihan di PT Merak Jaya Beton hanya didasarkan pada harga yang ditawarkan dan kecepatan pengiriman yang dijanjikan dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier. Adanya pengembangan kriteria menyebabkan proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier menjadi lebih kompleks. Pemilihan supplier pada perusahaan ini termasuk pemasalahan Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) karena terdapat banyak kriteria yang dapat mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan supplier masing-masing bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung prioritas kriteria dan subkriteria. Pengujian konsistensinya berdasarkan nilai bobot. Hasil pembobotan subkriteria dan hasil kuisioner justifikasi dijadikan input untuk metode TOPSIS. Metode TOPSIS bertujuan untuk pemilihan alternatif terbaik yang tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif, namun juga memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Dari hasil kuisioner terbuka didapatkan 12 kriteria dan 33 subkriteria dalam pemilihan supplier. Dengan metode AHP, didapatkan bobot kepentingan setiap subkriteria yang menjadi input untuk metode TOPSIS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan supplier bahan baku PT Merak Jaya Beton dengan performansi terbaik, yaitu: CV Makmur Jaya Abadi untuk supplier pasir, PT Royal Inti Mandiri Abadi untuk supplier semen, CV Merak Jaya untuk supplier batu, PT BASS atau PT BASF untuk supplier beton Chemical.
English Abstract
PT Merak Jaya Beton Malang is a manufacture industry that produces ready mix and pre-cast concrete. Currently, the selection criteria of PT Merak Jaya Beton was based on the best offered price and the fastest of delivery. Both of the criterias were not sufficient because it creates the final product below the quality standard. It need a research with more complex steps including MCDM analysis to find the appropriate criterias for selecting the raw materials suppliers. The method that used in this research were Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method used to calculate the criteria priority (weight), subcriteria and consistency testing. The result of subcriteria’s priority and justification’s questionnare was used to be the input of TOPSIS method. It permits selection of the best alternative that not only the shortest distance from an ideal positive solution, but also the longest distance from an ideal negative solution. Based on the questionnare results, it obtained 12 criterias and 33 subcriterias in supplier selection. The AHP method was used to get the most important to the less important for each subcriteria and will be used as the input of TOPSIS method. From TOPSIS calculation, the best raw material’s supplier in PT Merak Jaya Beton were obtained the best performance for each raw materials are CV Makmur Jaya for sand supplier, PT Royal Inti Mandiri for cement, CV Merak Jaya for stone, and PT BASS or PT BASF for concrete Chemical.
