Abstract
Tata guna lahan di Sub DAS Brantas Hulu banyak digunakan untuk lahan pertanian, dan pariwisata tanpa memperhatikan aspek konservasi lahan. Kinerja pengelolaan DAS atau sub DAS diperlukan untuk meningkatkan fungsi kawasan baik lahan serta air sehingga degradasi lahan dapat terkendali dan masyarakat sejahtera. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui hasil klasifikasi parameter yang dikaji meliputi indek penggunaan lahan, kesesuaian penggunaan lahan, indek erosi, ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap lahan, tingkat pendapatan, produktivitas lahan, koefisien regim sungai, koefisien varian, indeks penggunaan air, sedimentasi, koefisien limpasan di Sub DAS Brantas Hulu dan untuk menentukan kinerja pengelolaannya. Studi ini menggunakan metode perhitungan sesuai dengan peraturan keputusan Menteri Kehutanan No. 52/Kpts-II/2001. Hasil dari studi diperoleh hasil klasifikasi nilai Indeks Penutupan Lahan sebesar 25.53% termasuk kelas jelek, Kesesuaian Penggunaan Lahan sebesar 42.54% termasuk kelas sedang, Indeks Erosi rata – rata sebesar 96.705% termasuk kelas sedang, Ketergantungan penduduk terhadap lahan, sebesar 1.403 termasuk kelas jelek, Tingkat pendapatan perkapita masyarakat rata-rata, termasuk kelas baik, Produktifitas Lahan dengan trend/kecendurangan stabil termasuk kelas sedang, Koefisien Regim Sungai sebesar < 50 termasuk kelas baik, Koefisien Varian sebesar 0.25 termasuk kelas sedang, Indeks Penggunaan Air sebesar < 0.5 termasuk kelas baik, Koefisien Limpasan antara 0,51 – 1,0 termasuk kelas jelek, Laju Sedimentasi sebesar 38.99 mm/th termasuk kelas jelek. Hasil kinerja Sub DAS Brantas Hulu Kriteria Daerah Tangkapan Air (Penggunaan Lahan dan Ekonomi) sebesar 3.5 termasuk kelas agak buruk, Kriteria Tata Air sebesar 3.25 termasuk kelas sedang, dan untuk Tata air dan DTA sebesar 3.34 termasuk kelas sedang
English Abstract
Land use in the Upper Brantas watershed widely used for agricultural land, and without regard to the tourism aspects of land conservation. Watershed management performance or sub-watershed to improve the function of both land and water areas so that land degradation can be controlled and prosperous society. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the classification parameters studied include the index of land use, land use suitability, erosion index, the dependence of society on land, income level, land productivity, river regime coefficient, coefficient of variance, index of water use, sedimentation, runoff coefficient in the Upper Brantas sub-watershed and to determine the performance of management. This study uses the calculation method in accordance of the Minister of Forestry regulation 52/Kpts-II/2001. The result of this study obtained for Land Cover Index 25.53% included in bad class, Land Use Suitability, 42.54% included medium class, Erosion Index, 96 705% included in medium class, dependence of population on the land, amounting to 1,403 included in bad class, level of average per capita income of the population,included in good class, Land Productivity with trends / tendencies were stable included in good class, river regime coefficient of <50 included in good class, Varian coefficient of 0.25 included in the medium class, Water Use Index of <0.5 included in good class, runoff coefficient (C) between 0.51 to 1.0 included in bad class, Sedimentation rate of 38.99 mm / yr, included in bad class. The results of the performance of DAS in the Upper Brantas sub-watershed for Catchment Criteria (Land Use and Economics) 3.5 is included in the performance is rather bad class, for water system criteria 3.25 included in the medium class, while for water system and DTA (land use and economic) 3.34 included in the medium class
