Abstract
Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 18 tahun 2008 tentang pemindahan ibukota Kabupaten Malang dari wilayah Kota Malang ke Kecamatan Kepanjen menimbulkan adanya perubahan pola ruang dan pergerakan. Penggunaan lahan yang semakin padat menimbulkan tarikan pergerakan terhadap kendaraan yang berdampak terhadap sistem transportasi khususnya terdapat pada koridor Jl. A. Yani sebagai jalur utamanya sehingga dibutuhkan tempat parkir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model tarikan pergerakan perparkiran dan penerapannya di koridor Jl. A. Yani. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling serta metode analisisnya terdiri dari analisis sistem transportasi, kinerja jaringan jalan, korelasi, regresi linear berganda, serta sensitivitas. Pemodelan tarikan pergerakan perparkiran yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 0,21 X5 + 4,521 X6 – 331,262, dengan nilai R² = 0,992. Y adalah variabel terikat (Tarikan pergerakan perparkiran), X5 adalah jumlah perdagangan, dan X6 adalah jumlah jasa. Berdasarkan model tersebut dengan adanya penambahan jumlah perdagangan dan jasa sebesar 50 %, terjadi kenaikan yang signifikan terhadap jumlah tarikan pergerakan perparkiran karena perubahannya melebihi jumlah maksimum kendaraan yang dapat parkir.
