Abstract
Urolithiasis merupakan akibat adanya masa keras seperti batu yang terbentuk disepanjang saluran kencing. Urolithiasis dapat diperparah dengan keaadaan hiperglikemia kronis yang menyebabkan inflamasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan oksalat kemudian mengendap dan terjadi kristalisasi di saluran urinasi sehingga menyebabkan kejadian urolithiasis tinggi. Semanggi air (Marsilea crenata) mengandung kalium dan flavonoid yang berperan sebagai diuretik, antioksidan dan antiinflamasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek perasan daun dan tangkai semanggi air (Marsilea crenata) terhadap urolithiasis pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) penderita hiperglikemia berdasarkan kadar kreatinin serum dan histopatologi ureter. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental, post test only control design menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap). Hewan model yang dipakai adalah tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) wistar jantan berumur 3-4 bulan dengan BB 200 gram dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Kelompok P1 kontrol urolithiasis yang diinduksi 10 hari dengan etilen glikol 0,75% dan amonium klorida 2%; P2 kontrol Hiperglikemia+Urolithiasis yang diberi campuran fruktosa 66% dan margarin 1,7 gram selama 15 hari kemudian diinduksi urolithiasis; P3, P4, P5 adalah kelompok perlakuan Hiperglikemia+urolithiasis yang diberi semanggi air dengan konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60%. Data yang diuji adalah kreatinin serum menggunakan spektrofotometri dan dianalisis secara statistika dengan uji one-way ANOVA α = 0,05. Histopatologi ureter perwarnaan HE yang dianalisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan kreatinin pada kelompok perlakuan dengan pemberian perasan semanggi air, serta menunjukan adanya penurunan kerusakan sel epitel pada pengamatan histopatologi ureter pada kelompok perlakuan 60% (P3). Kesimpulan penelitian ini pemberian 60% perasan daun dan tangkai semanggi air dapat dijadikan prevensi urolithiasis pada penderita hiperglikemia
English Abstract
Urolithiasis is a result of a hard time like a stone formed along the urinary tract. Urolithiasis can be exacerbated by the presence of chronic hyperglycemia that causes inflammation that affects the increase in oxalate then settles and crystallization occurs in the urinary tract causing high urolithiasis occurrence. Water clover (Marsilea crenata) contains potassium and flavonoids that act as diuretics, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. The aim of this research is to know the effect of leaf juice and water clover (Marsilea crenata) on urolithiasis in mice (Rattus norvegicus) of hyperglycemic patient based on serum creatinine and ureter histopathology. This research is experimental, post test only control design using RAL (Completely Randomized Design). An animals model use are a mouse white ( rattus norvegicus ) wistar male was 3-4 month with bb 200 gram divided into 5 group. Group P1 control of urolithiasis induced for 10 days with ethylene glycol 0.75% and 2% ammonium chloride; P2 control Hyperglycemia + Urolithiasis given a mixture of fructose 66% and margarine 1.7 grams for 15 days then induced urolithiasis; P3, P4, P5 were treated with hyperglycemia + urolithiasis group with concentration of 20%, 40%, 60%. The test of the data were serum creatinine level using spectrophotometry and statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA α = 0,05. Histopathology of the HE colored ureter was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that creatinine decrease in the treatment group by giving the water semanggi juice, and showed the decrease of epithelial cell damage on ureteric histopathology observation in 60% (P3) treatment group. The conclusion of this research giving 60% of leaf juice and water clover stalk can be used as prevention of urolithiasis in patients with hyperglycemia
