Abstract

Banyak pasien datang ke rumah sakit dengan perasaan cemas. Begitu juga utamanya kondisi psikologis ibu hamil yang akan melahirkan. Kondisi ruangan yang tidak familiar, dapat semakin menambah tekanan emosi pasien di rumah sakit. Tidak jarang, kondisi stress pasien bertambah saat berada di ruang-ruang dalam rumah sakit, yang kebanyakan didominasi warna putih, sehingga menciptakan rasa traumatic tersebut. Padahal kesembuhan pasien tidak hanya tergantung perhatian secara medis saja, namun juga harus memperhatikan lingkungan. Maka berdasarkan data dan kondisi yang disebutkan diatas, maka diusung dalam proses perancangan interior ruang rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak di Batu, Malang ini adalah bagaimana memberikan pengalaman ruang yang suportif bagi pasien ibu yang sedang dirawat dengan memperhatikan aspek fisik, psikologis dan sosial pasien sehingga dapat membantu proses penyembuhan

English Abstract

Many patients come to the hospital with feelings of anxiety. The presence of those who are far from home, unfamiliar room conditions, emotional stress can further add to the patient in the hospital. So is primarily psychological condition of pregnant women who give birth. The presence of those who are far from home, unfamiliar room conditions, emotional stress can further add to the patient in the hospital. Not uncommon, patients increases during stress conditions in the spaces in the hospital, most of which are dominated by white color, thus creating a sense of these traumatic. Though the patients recovery depends not only medical attention, but also must consider with the environment. So based on data and conditions mentioned above, then it built in the process of designing the interior of Maternal and Child Hospital in Batu, Malang is how to provide experiences with a supportive space for women patients who are treated with due respect to physical, psychological and social patient. But the results of the design is only limited emphasis on ward in accordance with the character of Mother, including class I, II, III, in order to help the healing process.
