Abstract
Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebun Raya-LIPI (PKT Kebun Raya-LIPI) merupakan salah satu organisasi pemerintah yang berfokus pada bidang konservasi tumbuhan. Kebun raya Bogor merupakan salah satu kebun raya di Indonesia yang dikelola langsung oleh pihak PKT Kebun Raya-LIPI. Kebun raya Bogor memiliki luas lahan 87 hektar yang dalamnya terdapat beragam jenis tumbuhan, objek wisata dan berbagai macam fasilitas untuk pengunjung yang disediakan oleh pihak pengelola. Dengan lahan yang dimiliki sangatlah luas, dalam hal pengelolaan dan penyedia layanan, maupun dalam hal penyediaan informasi terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang muncul. Permasalahan pertama yang terjadi adalah adanya pengunjung yang merasa kesulitan menentukan rute menuju ke salah satu objek wisata di kebun raya Bogor. Permasalahan kedua yang terjadi adalah pengunjung tidak mengetahui keanekaragaman objek wisata yang disediakan pengelola di kebun raya Bogor. Permasalahan ketiga yaitu dalam bidang pelayanan dan pengelolaan maupun penyediaan informasi adalah penangan pemberian masukkan dari pengunjung yang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan mendatangi bagian Visitor Center atau menuliskan komentar pada laman fanpage facebook kebun raya Bogor. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pengembangan sistem yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengunjung mendapatkan informasi daftar objek wisata kebun raya Bogor, informasi pemetaan lokasi objek wisata di kebun raya Bogor, dan memberikan masukkan atau testimoni kepada pihak pengelola. Pada fitur pemberian testimoni untuk pihak pengelola, akan dilakukan pendeteksian ekspresi mikro dari foto unggahan pengunjung dengan menggunakan algoritme Local Binary Pattern. Hasil dari pengujian unit, pengujian integrasi dan pengujian validasi menghasilkan nilai 100% valid. Pada pengujian kompatibilitas di dapatkan hasil bahwa sistem dapat di berjalan pada 8 jenis perambah.
English Abstract
Plant Conservation Botanic Gardens-LIPI is one of the government organizations that focuses on the field of plant conservation. Bogor Botanical Gardens is one of the botanical gardens in Indonesia which is managed directly by the Plant Conservation Botanic Gardens-LIPI. Bogor Botanical Gardens has 87 hectares in large. There are various plants, attractions and various facilities for visitors provided by the manager. Because of its large, it has many problems in managing the botanic garden, such as information providing, services, and attraction management. The first problem is there are few visitors who find it difficult to determine the route to one of the attractions in Bogor Botanical Gardens. The second problem is the visitors do not know various attractions provided by the manager at Bogor Botanical Gardens. The third problem is in the field of service and management and provision of information, it is the testimonies from visitors are handled manually, by visiting the Visitor Center or write a comment on the Bogor Botanical Garden’s facebook fanpage. In order to solve those problems, the author develops a system to facilitate the visitors to get information about Bogor botanical garden attraction objects, mapping information on the location of attraction object in Bogor botanical gardens, and to provide an easier way to give the testimony to the manager. In the testimonial feature, the system detects micro expression of the uploaded photo of the visitor using the Local Binary Pattern algorithm. The results from unit testing, integration testing and validation testing are 100%. In compatibility testing, the result shows that the system can run on 8 types of browsers.
