Abstract
Bunga potong (cut flower) merupakan salah satu komoditi dari tanaman hortikultura dengan ciri khasnya yang unik, memiliki nilai estetika dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Bunga Mawar (Rosa hybrida L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman bunga hias yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat, karena menempati urutan kedua dengan produksi terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu daerah penghasil bunga mawar potong terbesar di Indonesia ialah Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Di desa ini terdapat beberapa kelompok tani yang berperan dalam usahatani bunga mawar potong, namun kelompok tani yang memiliki peran aktif dalam kegiatan budidaya bunga mawar potong serta kegiatan pengiriman ke beberapa daerah ialah Kelompok Tani Margirahayu I. Persoalan yang dialami oleh petani mawar ialah tingginya pengeluaran biaya produksi, disisi lain harga jual bunga mawar potong dari petani cenderung stabil. Analisis terhadap profitabilitas usahatani bunga mawar potong perlu dilakukan, sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran sejauh mana petani dalam menginvestasikan modal serta aset yang dimilikinya untuk menghasilkan laba bersih, keputusan apa yang harus diambil dalam berusahatani bunga mawar potong sehingga menghasilkan laba yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, pendapatan, kelayakan usahatani dan profitabilitas usahatani bunga mawar potong di Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan cara menghitung serta merinci analisis biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan, kelayakan usahatani serta analisis profitabilitas dalam usahatani bunga mawar potong di Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan kondisi usahatani bunga mawar potong di Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu rata-rata total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh petani mawar dalam usahatani bunga mawar potong sebesar Rp 43,565,085.78 per musim tanam. Rata-rata dari total penerimaan yang diperoleh ialah sebesar Rp 88,338,461.54 per musim tanam, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata pendapatan petani mawar ialah sebesar Rp 44,773,375.76 per musim tanam. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan usahatani tahun 2018, nilai R/C Ratio ialah sebesar 2.07, yang menandakan bahwa usahatani bunga mawar potong sudah efisien atau layak. dari analisis Break Even Point, didapatkan nilai BEP Unit sebesar 5,684.13 tangkai dan BEP Rupiah sebesar Rp 5,322,677.34. Dari hasil analisis profitabilitas tahun 2018, didapatkan nilai dari nilai dari rasio GPM sebesar 47.37%, NPM sebesar 42.89%, OR sebesar 52.63%, TATO sebesar 2.07, ROE sebesar 374.61% dan ROA sebesar 96.34%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa usahatani bunga mawar potong yang dilakukan oleh petani mawar di Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu sudah efisien, karena dalam menginvestasikan modal serta aset yang dimiliki oleh petani mawar dalam kegiatan usahatani bunga mawar potong, petani mampu memperoleh keuntungan bersih yang besar.
English Abstract
Cut flower is one of the commodities from horticultural plants with unique characteristics, has an aesthetic value and also has the highest selling value. Rose flower (Rosa hybrida L.) is one of the most popular ornamental flower plans in the community, because the ranks of this flower is in second place based on the largest production in Indonesia. One of the biggest area the producing rose flowers in Indonesia is Gunungsari Village, Bumiaji Sub district, Batu City. In this village there are several farmer groups that play a role in rose cutting flowers farming, but farmer groups that have an active role in cultivating rose cutting flowers and also shipping activities to several regions are Margirahayu I Farmers Group. Some of the problems experienced by rose farmers are high of production costs, on the other hand the rose cut flower selling price from the farmers are tends to be stable. The profitability analysis of rose cutting flowers needs to be done, so that it can provide an overview of the extent to which farmers invest their assets and capital in generating net profits, what decisions should be taken in cultivating of rose cutting flowers to produce high of profits. This research aims are to analyze the cost productions, incomes, farming feasibility and farming profitability of rose cut flower farming in Gunungsari Village, Bumiaji Sub district, Batu City. Data analysis method that used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis is done by calculating and detailing the analysis of costs, revenues and income, farming feasibility and alos profitability analysis in rose cutting flowers in Gunungsari Village, Bumiaji Sub district, Batu City. Descriptive analysis is done by describing the condition o rose cutting flowers farming in Gunungsari Village, Bumiaji Sub district, Batu City. The results obtained from this research are the average of total costs incurred by rose farmers in rose cutting flowers are Rp 43,565,085.78 per planting season. The average of total income received are Rp 88,338,461.54, so that the average income of rose farmers are Rp 44,773,375.76 per planting season. From the result of the farming feasibility analysis in 2018, the value of R/C Ratio are 2.07, that indicates that rose cutting flowers farming is efficient or feasible. From the Break Even Point analysis, the BEP Unit value was 5,684.13 and the BEP Rupiah was Rp 5,322,677.34. From the results of the profitability analysis in 2018, the value of GPM are 47.37%, NPM are 42.89%, OR are 52.63%, TATO are 2.07, ROE are 374.61% and also ROA are 96.34%. This has been proved that rose cutting flowers farming conducted by rose farmers in Gunungsari Village, Bumiaji Sub district, Batu City has been efficient, because in investing capital and assets that owned by rose farmers in rose cutting farming activities, farmers are able to obtain large net benefits.
