Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini. metode MCE digunakan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian lahan perumahan di Kota Malang. kriteria seperti keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kompatibilitas digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia Tata cara perencanaan lingkungan perumahan di perkotaan. Ada dua teknik MCE yang digunakan, yaitu WLC dan OWA, keduanya memberikan hasil yang berbeda dan akurasi yang paling tinggi diperoleh dari teknik OWA. Hasil dari kedua teknik tersebut kemudian divalidasi menggunakan metode ROC analisis. persentase dari model OWA menunjukkan hasil 79%, sedangkan persentasi dari model WLC hanya 67%. Model WLC dan OWA kemudian dimasukkan kedalam sistem informasi geografis yang telah diuji menggunakan metode Black-box dan White-box agar bisa diakses oleh masyarakat Kota Malang.
English Abstract
In this research, MCE applied to analyze suitability of residential development in Malang city. Criteria such as safety, convenience, and compatibility are used in this research based on Indonesia National Standard. There are two MCE techniques used, WLC and OWA. Both techniques give different results and highest accuracy was achieved by the OWA technique. The results of both techniques were then validated using ROC analysis method. The percentage of the OWA model showed 79%, while WLC model was only 67%. WLC and OWA models are then incorporated into geographic information systems that have been tested using Black-box and White-box methods that can be accessed by people of Malang
