Abstract
Penelitian dilaksanakan di desa Wonokerto, Kecamatan Bantur Kabupaten Malang. Pengujian kandungan nutrisi dilakukan di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Brawijaya Malang, pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2014. Penelitian mengetahui pengaruh persentase air patusan lumpur organik gas bio dalam media pertumbuhan algae Chlorella sp sebagai salah satu sumber bahan alternative pakan ternak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase dan kandungan nutrisi air patusan yang cepat dalam media pertumbuhan algae. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA). Perlakuan yang dicobakan dalam penelitian yaitu tanpa penambahan air patusan 0% (P0), penambahan air patusan dengan konsentrasi 25 % (P1); 35 % (P2); 45 % (P3); dan 55 % (P4). Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH, suhu, pertumbuhan algae, dan Kandungan nutrisi endapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penambahan air patusan memberikan perbedaan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap pH, pertumbuhan algae hari ke 1, 3 dan 5 sedangkan perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) pada suhu, pertumbuhan algae hari ke 7 serat kasar, lemak kasar dan protein kasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dengan penambahan air patusna memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pH dan pertumbuhan algae Chlorella sp pada hari ke 1, 3, dan 5, disarankan dalam penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan persentase penambahan air patusan sebanyak 55% mampu meningkatkan nilai pertumbuhan media algae Chlorella sp.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of liquid biogas sludge on Chlorella sp algae growth in term of pH, temperature and nutrient content and was enacted at the Animal Husbandry Nutrition and feed Laboratory between January and March 2014.The materials used for this research were liquid sludge organic biogas as algae Chlorella sp in media. The method of this research was laboratory experiment with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) by using five treatments and four times replication. The treatment were liquid sludge organic biogas as algaeChlorellaspmediaconcentration of 0 %, sludge, 25 %, 35 %, 45 %, and 55 %.The data was analyzed by using analysis of variance and would be continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that addition of sludge had a significant effect (P<0,01) on pH and growth By days 1, 3, 5. Result from day 1 : 9,19±0,12, day 3 : 10,41±0,08, day 5 : 11,47±0,06 cells/ml. By day 7, the following results had been achieved : rough fibre 2,30±0,15 %, crude fat 8,41±0,19 % and crude protein 68,89±0,30 %.By day 7 was no significant incretases (P>0,05) for crude fat, rough fiber and crude protein. In conclusion 55% liquid biogas sludge.%. It is recommended that for best results the 55% sludge content be employed.
