Abstract
Pembangunan ekonomi nyatanya dapat diwujudkan dengan mengembangkan sektor pariwisata potensial di setiap daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan sektor pariwisata terhadap kondisi sosial serta ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengembangan objek wisata Jawa Timur Park II dan BNS . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan 70 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak sosial sebelum dan sesudah pengambangan objek wisata adalah tingkat keamanan, kondisi lingkungan, pendidikan, serta migrasi. Sedangkan dampak ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan wisata adalah tingkat pendapatan, mata pencaharian serta pola kunsumsi masyarakat sekitar.
English Abstract
Economic development precisely in fact can be realized by developing a potential tourism sector in each region. This study aims to determine the impact of development of the tourism sector on social and economic conditions before and after the development of tourism objects; Jawa Timur Park II and BNS. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This study used primary data with 70 respondents. The analysis used was different test using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and cross tabulation. The results of this study indicate that the social impacts before and after the mining of tourist attractions are the level of security, environmental conditions, education, and migration. While the economic impact before and after the development of tourism is the level of income, livelihood and the pattern of consumption around the community.
