Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian syariah pada marketing plan bisnis Multi Level Marketing (MLM) di Topstar Community Jawa Timur. penelitian ini berdasarkan tinjauan mengenai konsep fikih muamalah, konsep jual beli atau perdagangan, dan konsep multi level marketing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode content analysis yang menggunakan informan penelitian dari pemilik perusahaan Topstar Community, pihak manajemen Topstar Community, akademisi,dan mitra Topstar Community. Salah satu hasil dari penelitian didapat bahwa pemenuhan rukun dan syarat jual beli sudah terpenuhi, tetapi masih ada beberapa produk yang belum terdapat label halal dan label ijin meskipun komposisi termasuk tidak haram.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the conformity of sharia in the marketing plan Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business in Topstar Community East Java. This study is based on an overview of the concept of jurisprudence, the concept of buy and sell transaction or trading, and the concept of multi level marketing. This study is qualitative research with content analysis method using resource person from company owner, management, academician, and partner ofTopstar Community. One of the results from the research found that the fulfillment of harmonious and the terms of sale and purchase has been met, but there are still some products that have not been labeled halal and license labels although the composition contained is not haram.
