Abstract
Kurangnya dukungan teknologi pada perusahaan yuga elektro tuban mengakibatkan proses pekerjaan pembuatan laporan keuangan dan pembuatan dokumentasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh petugas administrasi menjadi tidak efisien. Di dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan, dibutuhkan dukungan teknologi yang menyediakan fungsi-fungsi untuk mendukung kedua pekerjaan tersebut melalui sebuah sistem informasi sehingga kecepatan kerja petugas administrasi menjadi lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dukungan teknologi melalui sebuah sistem informasi, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dapatkah dibangun sebuah prototipe sistem informasi yang mampu mendemonstrasikan fungsi-fungsi untuk mendukung kedua pekerjaan tersebut dengan baik. Menjawab masalah tersebut, dilakukan analisis persyaratan, perancangan, dan implementasi sistem informasi dengan menerapkan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Kemudian, hasil implementasi sistem diuji untuk menentukan apakah sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah teridentifikasi. Kegiatan analisis persyaratan menghasilkan spesifikasi persyaratan sistem informasi dan visualisasi kemampuan sistem dalam bentuk use case diagram. Hasil kegiatan perancangan menghasilkan dokumentasi model interaksi objek ke dalam bentuk sequence diagram, model objek ke dalam class diagram, rancangan basis data, rancangan algoritme, dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil implementasi merupakan sebuah prototipe sistem informasi yang mampu mendemonstrasikan fungsi-fungsi yang telah teridentifikasi pada hasil spesifikasi persyaratan sistem informasi. Prototipe sistem informasi selanjutnya diuji berdasarkan persyaratan fungsional dan nonfungsional yang menunjukan hasil valid pada setiap pengujian yang dilakuan. Pada akhirnya, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi telah dapat dibangun dengan baik.
English Abstract
The lack of technology support in the yuga elektro tuban company causing inefficiency in the process of making financial reports and job documentation by administration functionaries. In effort to improve work efficiency, technology support is required that provides the functions to support both process through an information system so that the workload of administration functionaries can be done better. In order to fulfil the need of technology support through an information system, this research was conducted to determine wheter an protoype of information system capable to demonstrate the functions to support both process can be built properly. To answer those question, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of information system was done using object oriented approach. Then, the result of implementation tested to determine whether system can work as the identified requirement analysis. The requirement analysis produces the information system requirement identification and visualization of the system capability in the form of use case diagram. The result of design is the object interaction model documentation in the form of sequence diagram, object model in the form of class diagram, data base design, algorithm design, and user interface design. The result is an prototype of information system that capable of demonstrating functions that have been identified in the specification result of information system requirement. Information system then was tested based on functional and nonfunctional requirement that presenting valid results on every test performed. In the end, we can draw a conclusion that information system was built properly.
