Abstract

Pakcoy adalah salah satu jenis sayur yang mudah dibudidayakan. Sayuran berdaun hijau ini termasuk tanaman yang dapat dipanen sepanjang tahun karena tidak tergantung dengan musim. Pakcoy memiliki masa panen yang terbilang cukup pendek, karena setelah 40 hari ditanam sudah dapat dipanen. Biourin kambing dan kascing dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan yang tepat. Kascing memiliki kandungan NPK yang tinggi. Biourin kambing mudah diserap tanaman serta mengandung unsur hara cukup lengkap, baik makro dan mikro. Limbah urin kambing dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu pengolahan limbah peternakan menjadi lebih bermanfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman pakcoy. Pupuk kascing dan biourin kambing dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2014 di Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah perlakuan dosis pupuk. Perlakuan P0 (Tanpa pupuk), P1 (Pembanding Urea 1,2 g.tan-1), P2 (Biourin kambing 20 ml.tan-1 ), P3 (Biourin kambing 20 ml.tan-1 + kascing 5 g.tan-1), P4 (Biourin kambing 20 ml.tan-1 + kascing 7 g.tan-1), P5 (Biourin kambing 20 ml.tan-1 + kascing 10 g.tan-1), P6 (Biourin kambing 40 ml.tan-1), P7 (Biourin kambing 40 ml.tan-1 + kascing 5 g.tan-1), P8 (Biourin kambing 40 ml.tan-1 + kascing 7 g.tan-1), P9 (Biourin kambing 40 ml.tan-1 + kascing 10 g.tan-1). Pengamatan dilakukan secara destruktif dengan mengambil 2 sampel tanaman contoh dan non destruktif. Sampel tanaman contoh untuk non destruktif diambil 2 sampel tanaman contoh dan 18 sampel untuk panen. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap 5 hari sekali mulai dari 39 hst hingga panen pada 54 hst. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), bobot segar tanaman (g), bobot kering tanaman. Data pengamatan yang diperoleh dianalisis diuji berdasarkan uji F dengan taraf 5 % sesuai dengan rancangan penelitian. Perlakuan parameter yang diamati berpengaruh nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjutan dengan uji BNT. Hasil terbaik adalah perlakuan 20 ml biourin + 16 g kascing meningkatkan hasil yang lebih tinggi dan berpengaruh nyata dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah daun, luas daun, tinggi tanaman dan bobot segar tanaman dan, bobot kering tanaman dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lain. Pemberian 20 ml biourin kambing dan 16 g kascing menghasilkan bobot segar dan bobot kering total tanaman pakcoy tertinggi sebesar 180.25 g.tanaman-1 dan 8.17 g.tanaman-1. Pemberian 20 ml biourin kambing dan 12 g kascing dapat meningkatkan bobot segar 19.02 % dan meningkatkan bobot kering 8.86%, sedangkan pemberian 20 ml biourin kambing dan 16 g kascing dapat meningkatkan bobot segar 31.52% dan meningkatkan bobot kering total tanaman 24.31% lebih tinggi dibandingkan pemberian urea 1.2 g.tanaman-1. Kombinasi biourin kambing dan pupuk kascing mampu meningkatkan produksi tanaman dan mampu memperbaiki sifat kimia tanah. Kombinasi biourin kambing dan kascing terbukti mampu meningkatkan C, N, C/N, BO, P, dan K dalam tanah. Perlakuan urea menghasilkan bobot segar yang lebih tinggi, dibandingkan dengan perlakuan tanpa biourin kambing dan tanpa kascing, perlakuan pemberian biourin kambing 10 ml + 0 g kascing, 10 ml biourin kambing + 8 g kascing, 10 ml biourin kambing + 12 g kascing, 10 ml biourin kambing + 16 g kascing, biourin kambing 20 ml + 0 g kascing.

English Abstract

Pakcoy, one of vegetable that is easily cultivated. This vegetables including plants can be harvested throughout every year because it does not depend on the season. Pakcoy has a short harvest time, because after 40 days already plant it can be harvested. Goats biourin and vermicompost can be one right choice to fertilize . Vermicompost contains high NPK. Goats biourin are easily absorbed by plants and contains complete enough nutrients both macro and micro. Goat biourin waste utilization as one of the livestock waste treatment becomes more useful. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response vegetatif of pakcoy plant growth by using vermicompost fertilizer and goat biourin increasing crop production pakcoy. This research held in October - December 2014 in Bumiaji, Batu, East Java. The research using a randomized block design (RBD) with three replications.This research using treatment dose of fertilizer. Treatment P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (Comparative Urea 1.2 g.plant-1), P2 (goat Biourin 20 ml.plant-1), P3 (goat Biourin 20 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 5 g.plant-1), P4 (Biourin goats 20 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 7 g.plant-1), P5 (goat Biourin 20 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 10 g.plant-1), P6 (goat Biourin 40 ml.plant-1), P7 (goat Biourin 40 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 5 g.plants-1), P8 (goat Biourin 40 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 7 g.plant-1), P9 (goat Biourin 40 ml.plant-1 + vermicompost 10 g.plant-1). Observations made by taking 2 destructively samples plants and non-destructive. Samples of plants non-destructive example by taking 2 samples of plant and 18 samples for harvest. Observations were made every 5 days, start from 39 dap until harvest at 40 dap. Observation variables include plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), plant fresh weight (g), dry weight of plants. Observation data were analyzed tested by F test with 5% level according to the study design, and if the treatment has significant effect on the observed parameters then tested further by LSD test. The best result was by giving 20 ml goat biourin + 16 g vermicompost can increases higher yield and significantly and increase the number of leaves, leaf area, plant height, plant fresh weight and plant dry weight compared to other treatments. 20 ml goat biourin and 16 g vermicompost, produces 180.25 g.plant-1 fresh weight and 8.17 g.plant-1 dry weight. Giving 20 ml biourin goats and 12 g of vermicompost can increase the plant fresh weight 19.02% and increase the dry weight of 8.86%, while 20 ml goat biourin and 16 g vermicompost can be increased plant fresh weight 31.52% and increased plant dry weight 24.31% higher than the urea 1.2 g.plant-1. Goat biourin and vermicompost fertilizer can increase crop production and able to improve soil chemical. The combination of goat biourin and vermicompost increase the C, N, C / N, BO, P, and K in the soil. The urea treatment fresh weight, were higher compared to the treatment without goats biourin and vermicompost, goat biourin 10 ml + 0 g vermicompost, 10 ml goat biourin + 8 g of vermicompost, 10 ml goat biourin + 12 g of vermicompost, 10 ml goat biourin + 16 g vermicompost, 20 ml goat biourin + 0 g vermicompost.
