Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada (studi di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali), pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada dan menganalisis penerapan terkait kompensasi finansial berupa pemberian gaji atau upah, bonus, dan tunjangan, juga kompensasi non finansial berupa promosi jabatan dan lingkungan kerja di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden yang disebar kepada karyawan CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada, kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Kompensasi Finansial dan non finansial secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Pemberian kompensasi berupa gaji atau upah yang dirasakan oleh sebagian besar karyawan sudah sesuai dengan beban kerja yang diberikan, dan telah mampu memberikan motivasi dan semangat kerja para karyawan di CV. Pusaka Bali Persada.
English Abstract
Aims of this research is analyze the influence of financial and non financial compensation toward productivity of employees in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada (studies in the Regency of Buleleng, Bali), the influence of financial and non financial compensation simultaneously against work productivity of employees in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada and to analyze whether or not the application of financial compensation in the form of the granting of salary or wages, bonuses, and allowance, also non financial compensation in the form of promotion of the company and the work environment in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada. The sample in this study is totalled 44 respondents presented to employees of CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Methods of data analysis used is a quantitative analysis using the validity test, reliability, the normality, classic assumption and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis of the financial compensation was positive and significant effect against work productivity of employees in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada, non financial compensation of positive and significant effect against work productivity of employees in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada. Financial and non financial compensation simultaneously positive and significant effect against work productivity of employees in CV. Pusaka of Bali Persada. The granting of compensation in the form of salary or wages that are perceived by the majority of employees is in compliance with the given workload, and has been able to provide the motivation and morale of the employees in CV.
