Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan eksternal dan internal pada UMKM Ourtrip1st Tour Operator di Malang yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Maret 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif eksploratif yang bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan dan perkembangan dari penerapan strategi pada Ourtrip1st Tour Operator dalam mengetahui berbagai peluang dan ancaman yang saat ini dihadapi . Serta memberikan alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan oleh UMKM Ourtrip1st Tour Operator. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Matriks Strategi Besar untuk memperolah alternatif strategi yang perlu diterapkan dan strategi prioritas yang akan sebaiknya dilakukan oleh Ourtrip1st Tour Operator. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ourtrip1st Tour Operator berada pada posisi Agresif yaitu, pada kondisi tumbuh dan membangun. Berdasarkan Matriks QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) maka yang perlu diprioritaskan oleh Ourtrip1st Tour Operator yaitu strategi Intensif yaitu dengan penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pasar. Alternatif strategi selanjutnya yaitu strategi diversifikasi dan yang terakhir yaitu strategi integrasi.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the external and internal environment conditions at SMEs Ourtrip1st Tour Operator in Malang conducted in February until March 2017. The research method used is descriptive explorative aims to find out how the implementation and development of the implementation of strategy at Ourtrip1st Tour Operator in knowing Various opportunities and threats currently facing. And provide an appropriate strategy alternative for use by Our Tour1st Tour Operator UMKM. The analytical tool used is the Great Strategy Matrix to obtain alternative strategies that need to be applied and the priority strategy that should be done by Ourtrip1st Tour Operator. It can be concluded that Ourtrip1st Tour Operator is in an Aggressive position that is, on the condition of growing and building. Based on the QSPM Matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) then that needs to be prioritized by Ourtrip1st Tour Operator is an Intensive strategy that is with market penetration, product development and market development. The next alternative strategy is the diversification strategy and the last one is the integration strategy.
