Abstract
Alfisol umumnya miskin hara makro maupun mikro, dan salah satunya adalah nitrogen. Sedangkan Alfisol banyak digunakan untuk lahan pertanian di Indonesia, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan mengenai kesuburan tanah. Salah satunya yaitu penggunaan pupuk organik cair, misalnya dari kombinasi air kelapa, kotoran ayam dan daun gamal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari pengaruh aplikasi dosis dan interval pemberian POC (kotoran ayam, air kelapa dan daun gamal) terhadap serapan N dan produksi tanaman kailan. Perlakuan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan 2 faktor : 1)Interval 2)Dosis, 12 kombinasi dan 3 ulangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh aplikasi dosis 35% dan interval waktu 6 hari pemberian POC (kotoran ayam, air kelapa dan daun gamal) mampu meningkatkan serapan N dan produksi tanaman kailan. Hasil terbaik ditunjukkan pada kombinasi perlakuan I3D1.
English Abstract
Alfisol generally poor in macro and micro nutrients, and one of which is nitrogen. While Alfisol widely used for agricultural land in Indonesia, so the soil fertility needs to be improved. One use of liquid organic fertilizer, for example, from a combination of coconut milk, chicken manure and gliricidia leaves. The purpose of this study are To study the influence of dosage and application timing interval liquid organic fertilizer (chicken manure, coconut water and Gliricidia leaves) to the N uptake and against kale crop production. This study used a completely randomized design factorial (CRDF) with 2 factor : 1)interval 2)dosage, 12 combination and 3 replication. The results showed that the effect of application of a dose of 35% and a 6 day intervals of applicating liquid organic fertilizer (chicken manure, coconut water and gliricidia leaves) were able to increase the uptake of N and crop production kailan. The best results are shown in I3D1 treatment combination.
