Abstract
UD. Bhakti Collection merupakan UMKM yang yang bergerak di bidang produksi kerudung bordir dan sulam tangan di Malang. Kerudung yang dihasilkan bervariasi dan diproduksi setelah menerima pesanan atau disebut Make to Order (MTO). Pada pengerjaan pesanan UD. Bhakti Collection memiliki lokasi yang berbeda yaitu di Kota Malang dan Kota Pasuruan. Proses produksi pada lokasi Kota Pasuruan yaitu penyulaman dan pembordiran kerudung, sedangkan lokasi Malang melakukan proses penerimaan order, pemeriksaan stok bahan baku, pembahasan pesanan pada perwakilan pengrajin, finishing, dan pengiriman. Saat ini transfer data pesanan memerlukan mendatangkan pihak perwakilan pengerajin terlebih dahulu dari Kota Pasuruan ke Kota Malang. Selain itu pada pengecekan bahan baku dan pengawasan status produksi juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kesulitan bagi pemilik dikarenakan waktu pemrosesan pesanan menjadi lama, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pesanan menumpuk. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perancangan sistem informasi penjualan yang dapat membantu UD. Bhakti Collection dalam menyimpan dan mengelola data sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang menunjang proses bisnis perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi penjualan, tahap awal yang dilakukan adalah prototype plan. Pada tahap ini dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan dengan menggunakan tools PIECES. Tahap berikutnya adalah define prototype functionally. Tahap ini dilakukan dengan menentukan system requirement checklist, model data, dan model proses dari sistem informasi yang akan dirancang. Model data dibuat dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) untuk mengetahui aliran informasi antar entitas. Tahap develop prototype, terdiri dari desain database logis, desain database fisik, desain user interface, dan desain algoritma. Pada tahap desain database logis, dibuat Entitiy Relationship Diagram (ERD) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara relasi antara entitas pada database. Hasilnya diimplementasikan pada pembuatan sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Untuk memastikan program sudah berjalan dengan baik, dilakukan uji verifikasi, uji validasi, dan uji prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan yang berbasis internet. Sistem informasi ini memiliki lima proses utama, dengan 2 level subproses yaitu sistem master file, sistem pemesanan, sistem produksi, sistem laporan, dan sistem notifikasi. Serta Sistem informasi penjualan menghasilkan 26 entitas atau tabel dalam membangun proses bisnis pada UD. Bhakti Collection yaitu sepert tabel produk, produk pesanan, bahan baku, supplier, kategori produk, rekening, dan lain-lain. Dari tabel-tabel tersebut terdapat query yang digunakan yaitu query select, query insert, query update, dan query delete. Dengan menggunakan database dapat memudahkan UD. Bhakti Collection dalam transfer data pesanan dan integrasi data antar lokasi cabang Malang dan Pasuruan. Hal tersebut dapat mengurangi waktu pemrosesan pesanan yang lama. Adapun user yang terlibat pada sistem informasi yaitu pelanggan, admin Malang, dan admin Pasuruan. Masin-masing user memilih hak ases yang berbeda pada sistem informasi penjualan UD. Bhakti Collection. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penggunaan sistem informasi yang dibuat yaitu mempersingkat waktu pemrosesan pesanan, dan memudahkan pegawasan pemilik pada pemrosesan pesanan.
English Abstract
UD. Bhakti Collection is a UMKM which is engaged in the production of embroidered hoods and hand embroidery in Malang. The hijab that being produced has many variations and will be produced after receiving order or called Make to Order (MTO). During production, UD. Bhakti Collection has different location. That are located in Malang and Pasuruan. The production process in Pasuruan includes stitching and embroidering, while the location in Malang do the process of receipt order, inspection of raw material stock, order discussion, finishing, and delivery. Currently, the transfer of order data requires craftsmen representatives from Pasuruan to Malang, to comunnicate the details of order data. In addition, checking raw materials and control production status is also still done manually. It makes difficult for the owner as the processing time of order becomes prolonged, which may result in stacking orders. Therefore, it is necessary to design a sales information system that can help UD. Bhakti Collection in storing and managing data in accordance with the needs that support the company's business processes. In this research, the first phase of sales information system design is a prototype plan. This stage identify the problems with PIECES analysis. The next stage is defining the prototype functionally. This stage is resolved by determining the system requirement checklist, data design, and design process of the information system that want to be designed. The Data design is created by using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) to find out the flow of information between entities. The third phase from prototype is develope prototype. Develope prototype consist of logical database design, physical database design, user interface design, and algorithm design. Logical database design stage create Entitiy Relationship Diagram (ERD) to determine the relationship between the entities in database. The results are implemented by using PHP programming language, and MySQL database. To ensure program is running well, verification test, validation test, and prototype test are performed. The results of this study is an internet-based information sales system. This information system has five main process, with 2 level subprocess including master file system, ordering system, production system, report system, and notification system. This information system also produced 26 entities or tables to build business processes in UD. Bhakti Collection such as table products, product orders, raw materials, suppliers, product categories, accounts, and others. For making entities, queries are needed. There are select query, insert query, update query, and delete query. Database can facilitate UD. Bhakti Collection order data transfer and data integration between branch locations Malang and Pasuruan. Database also can reduce the processing time of slow orders. The users that involved in the information system are customers, admin Malang, and admin Pasuruan. Each user has different rights to the sales of information system in UD. Bhakti Collection. The utilization of Information systems has created shorten the processing time of orders, and facilitates owners to control order processing.
