Abstract

Tanaman Kailan (Brassica Oleraceae L. Var. Alboglabra) Merupakan Salah Satu Jenis Sayuran Yang Menghasilkan Daun, Mempunyai Gizi Yang Tinggi Dan Bermanfaat Bagi Kesehatan. Selama Ini Produksi Tanaman Kailan Di Indonesia Masih Kurang Optimal, Dikarenakan Upaya Yang Dilakukan Hanya Meningkatkan Dosis Pupuk Anorganik Saja, Tetapi Hasil Yang Didapat Masih Rendah. Hal Tersebut Diduga Penggunaan Pupuk Anorganik Yang Diberikan Berlebihan Tidak Sepenuhnya Dapat Digunakan Oleh Tanaman. Penambahan Pupuk Anorganik Dapat Dilakukan Apabila Pengaplikasiannya Tepat Sasaran Atau Sesuai Dengan Kebutuhan Tanaman. Oleh Karena Itu Upaya Yang Dapat Dilakukan Untuk Peningkatan Produksi Dan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Kailan Ialah Dengan Pengaplikasian Biourine Sapi Dan Pupuk N Anorganik. Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Ialah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Biourine Sapi Dan Pupuk N Anorganik Pada Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kailan. 1) Pemberian Biourine Sapi Dan Pupuk N Anorganik Akan Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Yang Optimal Pada Tanaman Kailan. 2) Pemberian Biourine Sapi Akan Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Yang Optimal Pada Tanaman Kailan. 3) Pemberian Pupuk N Anorganik Akan Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Yang Optimal Pada Tanaman Kailan. Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Pada Bulan Desember 2014-Februari 2015 Di Desa Dadapan, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Alat Yang Digunakan Ialah Cangkul, Jerigen, Cetok, Gembor, Ajir, Kertas Label, Penggaris, Jangka Sorong, Timbangan, Sprayer, Alat Tulis, Kamera Digital, Dan Oven (Memmert Unb 400). Bahan Yang Digunakan Ialah Benih Tanaman Kailan Varietas Ta-San, Air, Urine Sapi, Kotoran Sapi, Pupuk Urea (46% N) Pupuk Sp-36, Pupuk Kcl Dan Pestisida Forlicur. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (Rak) Faktorial, Yang Terdiri Dari Dua Faktor, Yaitu Faktor I Ialah Biourine (B) Yang Terdiri Dari 2 Taraf, Yaitu B0 = Tanpa Biourine Dan B1 = Biourine (1 L Urine + 1 Kg Kotoran Sapi + 20 L Air). Faktor Ii Ialah Pupuk N Anorganik (P) Yang Terdiri Dari 5 Taraf, Yaitu P0 = 0 Kg Urea Ha-1, P1 = 55 Kg Urea Ha-1, P2 = 110 Kg Urea Ha-1, P3 = 165 Kg Urea Ha-1, Dan P4 = 220 Kg Urea Ha-1. Setiap Perlakuan Diulang Sebanyak Tiga Kali, Sehingga Diperoleh 30 Petak Percobaan. Pengamatan Terdiri Dari Parameter Pertumbuhan Dan Parameter Hasil Panen Pada Tanaman Kailan. Pengamatan Dilakukan Ketika Berumur 14, 21, 28, 35, Dan 42 Hst. Pada Parameter Pertumbuhan Yang Diamati Dalam Pengamatan Non Destruktif Meliputi: Tinggi Tanaman (Cm), Jumlah Daun (Helai), Diameter Batang (Mm), Luas Daun (Cm2), Dan Indeks Luas Daun (Ild). Parameter Yang Diamati Dalam Pengamatan Destruktif Meliputi: Bobot Segar Tanaman (G) Dan Bobot Kering Tanaman (G). Sedangkan Pada Parameter Hasil Panen Yang Diamati Meliputi: Berat Segar Total Tanaman Per Hektar (Ton Ha-1), Berat Segar Konsumsi Tanaman Per Hektar (Ton Ha-1), Dan Indeks Panen (Ip). Pengamatan Yang Diperoleh Dianalisis Dengan Menggunakan Analisis Ragam (Uji F) Pada Taraf 5% Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Perlakuan. Apabila Hasilnya Nyata Maka Dilanjutkan Dengan Uji Bnt Pada Taraf Nyata 5% Untuk Mengetahui Perbedaan Diantara Perlakuan. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Terdapat Interaksi Nyata Antara Pemberian Biourine Sapi Dengan Pupuk N Anorganik Terhadap Parameter Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil. Pemberian Biourine Sapi Dengan Penambahan Pupuk N Anorganik 165 Kg Urea Ha-1 Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tertinggi. Pemberian Biourine Sapi Dengan Penambahan Pupuk N Anorganik 165 Kg Urea Ha-1 Mampu Meningkatkan Tinggi Tanaman Dari 24,63 Menjadi 34,03 Cm (38,16%), Luas Daun Dari 424,21 Cm2 Menjadi 1461,14 Cm2 (244,44%), Indeks Luas Daun Dari 1,06 Menjadi 3,65 (244,34%), Berat Segar Tanaman Dari 60,70 G Menjadi 141,34 G (132,85%), Berat Kering Tanaman Dari 8,03 G Menjadi 17,77 G (121,30%), Bobot Segar Total Tanaman Per Hektar Dari 10,53 Ton Ha-1 Menjadi 26,59 Ton Ha-1 (152,52%), Dan Bobot Segar Konsumsi Tanaman Per Hektar Dari 9,29 Ton Ha-1 Menjadi 24,72 Ton Ha-1 (166,09%) Dibandingkan Dengan Perlakuan Lainnya. Perlakuan Pemberian Biourine Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tertinggi. Pemberian Biourine Mampu Meningkatkan Bobot Segar Total Tanaman Per Hektar Dari 17,81 Ton Ha-1 Menjadi 19,11 Ton Ha-1 (7,30%). Perlakuan Pupuk N Anorganik 220 Kg Urea Ha-1 Memberikan Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tertinggi. Pupuk N Anorganik 220 Kg Urea Ha-1 Mampu Meningkatkan Bobot Segar Total Tanaman Per Hektar Dari 10,64 Ton Ha-1 Menjadi 26,08 Ton Ha-1 (145,11%).

English Abstract

Kale (Brassica Oleraceae L. Var. Alboglabra) Is One Kind Of Vegetable Crop That Produces Leaves, Has High Nutritional And Health Benefits. During The Time, Kale Production In Indonesia Is Still Less Than Optimal, Due To The Efforts Made Only To Increase The Dose Of Inorganic Fertilizer, But The Results Are Still Low. It Is Alleged That The Overuse Of Inorganic Fertilizers Given To The Plants Cannot Be Fully Made Use Of By Plants. The Addition Of Inorganic Fertilizers Can Be Done If The Application Is Appropriately Target-Oriented Or Suitable In Terms Of Plant Need. Therefore, The Effort Which Can Be Done For Kale Need Fulfillment And Production Improvement Is By Applying Cow Biourine And Inorganic N Fertilizer. The Aim Of The Study Is To Know The Effects Of Cow Biourine And Inorganic N Fertilizer Application To The Growth And Yield Of Kale. 1). The Application Of Cow Biourine And Inorganic N Fertilizer Will Result In The Optimum Growth And Yield Of Kale. 2) The Application Of Cow Biourine Will Result In The Optimum Growth And Yield Of Kale. 3) The Application Of Inorganic N Fertilizer Will Result In The Optimum Growth And Yield Of Kale. The Research Has Been Conducted From December 2014 To February 2015 In The Village Of Dadapan, Bumiaji Sub-District, Batu. The Tools Used Were Hoe, Oil Large Bottle, Trowel, Water Sprayer, Buffering Plastic, Label Papers, Ruler, Calipers, Scales, Sprayer, Stationery, Digital Camera, And Oven (Memmert Unb 400). The Materials Used Were The Kale Plants Of Ta-San Variety, Water, Cow Urine, Cow Feces, Fertilizers Of Urea (46% N), Sp-36 , Kcl, And “Forlicur” Pesticide. The Research Was Done With Factorial Group Randomized Design, Consisting Of Two Factors, Namely Factor I Which Was Biourine (B) With 2 Levels, Which Were B0 = Without Biourine And B1 = Biourine (1 Liter Of Urine + 1 Kg Of Cow Feces + 20 Liters Of Water). Factor Ii Was Inorganic N Fertilizer (P), Consisting Of 5 Levels, Namely P0 = 0 Kg Urea Ha-1, P1 = 55 Kg Urea Ha-1, P2 = 110 Kg Urea Ha-1, P3 = 165 Kg Urea Ha-1, And P4 = 220 Kg Urea Ha-1. Each Treatment Was Replicated Three Times, Resulting In 30 Experimental Plots. The Observation Consisted Of Growth And Yield Parameters Of Kale Plant. The Observation Was Conducted At The Ages Of 14, 21, 28, 35 And 42 Days After Planting. In The Growth Parameter, The Non-Destructive Observation Included: Plant Height (Cm), Leaf Number (Sheet), Stem Diameter (Mm), Leaf Area (Cm2) And Leaf Area Index (Lai), While The Destructive One Included: Plant Fresh Weight (G) And Plant Dry Weight (G). And The Yield Parameter Included: Plant Total Fresh Weight Per Hectare (Ton Ha-1), Plant Consumption Fresh Weight Per Hectare (Ton Ha-1) And Harvest Index (Hi). The Obtained Data Are Analyzed By Using Analysis Of Variance (F Test) At The Level Of 5% To Know The Treatment Effects. If There Is A Significant Difference, It Will Be Continued With Least Significant Difference (Lsd) At The Level Of 5% To Know The Differences Among Treatments. The Result Showed That Treatments Between The Cow Biourine And Inorganic N Fertilizer On Growth And Yield Parameters Was Significant. Addition Of Cow Biourine To 165 Kg Urea Ha-1 Of Inorganic N Fertilizer Gave The Highest Growth Rate And Yield. Addition Of Cow Biourine To 165 Kg Urea Ha-1 Of Inorganic N Fertilizer Can Increased Plant Height From 24,63 Cm To 34,03 Cm (38,16%), Leaf Area From 424,21 Cm2 To 1461,14 Cm2 (244,44%), Leaf Area Index From 1,06 To 3,65 (244,34%), Plant Fresh Weights From 60,70 G To 141,34 G (132,85%), Plant Dry Weight From 8,03 G To 17,77 G (121,30%), Plant Total Fresh Weight Per Hectare From 10,53 Ton Ha-1 To 26,59 Ton Ha-1 (152,52%), And Plant Consumption Fresh Weight Per Hectare From 9,29 Ton Ha-1 To 24,72 Ton Ha-1 (166,09%) Compared To The Other Treatments. Addition Of Biourine Gave The Most Highest Result On Growth And Yield. Cow Biourine Can Increased The Plant Total Fresh Weight Per Hectare From 17,81 Ton Ha-1 To 19,11 Ton Ha-1 (7,30%). Addition Of Of 220 Kg Urea Ha-1 Inorganic N Fertilizer Gave The Most Highest Result On Growth And Yield. Addition Of 220 Kg Urea Ha-1 Inorganic N Fertilizer Can Increased Plant Total Fresh Weight Per Hectare From 10,64 Ton Ha-1 To 26,08 Ton Ha-1 (145,11%).
