Abstract

Agro-industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This is due to the presence of agroindusrti can provide more profits through product processing and provide longer shelf life to the products of agriculture. Getuk banana Baariklana an Agro industry that should be developed and enhanced, but not so well known by consumers. With conditions emerging companies and customers who are still little, requires improving the quality of banana product getuk Baariklana to keep customers or consumers even increase the number of subscribers. With the improvement of product quality getuk Baariklana on agroindutsri Baariklana bananas will increase the competition between rivals other companies. Even agroindustrial Baariklana can beat its competitors and become a large company. This study aimed to analyze attributes - attributes that are considered important by customers getuk Baariklana bananas, analyze the quality of the product getuk Baariklana bananas and analyze strategies for enhancing the quality of products getuk banana Baariklana Jati village, sub-Pare, Kediri district. Method of determining respondents in this study is done in two ways. Determination of the first responders that purposively for companies to conduct responders and non-probability sampling with accidental sampling for determination of consumer respondents. The method used in this study is a test instrument variables, descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis aims to describe the facts, or the population of certain areas of factual and systematic. Qualitative analysis using the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a house of quality. The result showed that: (1) attributes that are considered important by Baariklana agro-industry company that attributes the price, taste, integrity, flavor, color, appearance, durability, expiry date and packaging materials. (2) Priority of consumer expectations: display attributes, durability and value expired date 0.133 normal weight, normal weight attribute value 0.128 taste, price and packaging material weight value 0.102, color and flavor attributes weights 0,082. (3) Baariklana agro industry needs to improve production planning to improve the quality of the product is the product packaging process getuk variation of bananas and getuk Banana Baariklana. Baariklana agroindustry are expected to improve the attributes that the highest priority is the look, durability and value expired date, with priority in accordance with the production plan.
