Abstract
CV AJP merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa General Contractor, Supplier civil & Mechanical electrical yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. CV AJP mengalami penurunan dalam memperoleh proyek dikarenakan sering terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pengerjaan proyek yang mengakibatkan CV. AJP mengalami kerugian. Hal ini juga berdampak pada image perusahaan yang terkesan tidak mampu menyelesaikan proyek sesuai kontrak, serta menurunnya loyalitas dari pengguna jasa. Perusahaan mengalami kesulitan untuk menentukan pekerjaan yang harus diprioritaskan karena kurangnya kedisiplinan dari para tenaga kerja dan belum adanya jadwal kerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini terfokus pada penjadwalan kerja pada proyek instalasi listrik di PT. Java Furniture agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam pengerjaan proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) yang mempertimbangkan tiga estimasi waktu yaitu, waktu optimistic, most likely, dan pesimistic untuk menentukan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk setiap aktivitas (te). Hasil perhitungan nilai te dapat di bentuk sebuah diagram jaringan kerja untuk mengetahui lintasan kritisnya sehingga diketahui aktivitas yang harus diprioritaskan. Setelah mendapatkan nilai te pada tiap aktivitas, kemudian menentukan nilai standar deviasi dan variansi untuk mengetahui nilai probabilitas penyelesaian proyek. Hasil perhitungan te kemudian dibuat penjadwalan dalam bentuk gantt chart. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan lintasan kritis yaitu aktivitas desain perencanaan, pemesanan material, material input, pola ukur panel, pelubangan panel, perakitan panel, pondasi box panel, pembelian material, pembuatan busbar, penggalian kabel tanam, pananaman kabel dengan pipa, pemasangan kabel LVMDP, SDP 5 menuju motor kabel NYY 4:4, MDP menuju SDP 5 kabel NYY 4:15, MDP menuju BP kabel NYY 4:50, penutupan kabel tanam, penutupan kabel dinding, pembuatan kabel tray, instalasi kabel tray, perakitan keseluruhan, pemasangan pipa kompresor, finishing, dan inspeksi dengan total durasi 489,83 jam (62 hari). Durasi penyelesaian proyek pada kondisi aktual pada perusahaan adalah 512 jam (64 hari), sedangkan jadwal proyek yang disepakati oleh CV. AJP untuk menyelesaikan seluruh aktivitas proyek instalasi listrik PT. Java Furniture adalah selama 472 jam (59 hari) dengan nilai probabilitas hanya sebesar 10,38%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penjadwalan usulan proyek instalasi listrik di PT. Java Furniture yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode PERT bisa melakukan perencanaan secara lebih efektif oleh manajer perusahaan.
English Abstract
CV. AJP is a company engaged in providing of services such as General Contractor, Civil Supplier and Mechanical Electrical located in Sidoarjo, East Java. Currently, CV AJP had decreased project demand caused by several factors, for the example is completion of the project delayed frequently. Therefore the company suffered losses and impacted on increasing cost. The delay in project completion also has an impact on the image of the company that seems not able to complete the project according to the contract, and it also decreased the loyalty of the costumers. The case of delay that occur in this research is on the implementation of electrical installation project in PT. Java Furniture Ngoro Pasuruan. The project completion time agreed by the company is 59 days. In actual condition the project is completed on 64th day which means the project is delayed for 5 days. The company had difficulty because the workers not discipline and there is no regular schedule so the workers have difficulty to determine which activity should be done first. This problem caused of no scheduling method for the project. CV AJP determines the project time limit based on experience only. This research used a Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) consider three estimate times that were optimistic time, most likely, and pessimistic time to determine the time required for each activity (te). After getting te value, the writer formed into network diagram to find out the critical path so we know the activity should be done first. After the writer knew the activity time, the writer calculated the standard deviation and variance to know the probability value of the project completion. From the result of the activity time, the writer made the scheduling into form of a Gantt chart. The result of this research is the critical path were planning activity, material ordering, material input, panel pattern measurement, panel punching, panel assembly, making panel box foundation, material purchase, making busbar, cable planting, covering cable with pipe, LVMDP cable connecting, Connecting SDP 5 to motor cable NYY 4:4, Connecting MDP to SDP 5 with NYY 4:15 cable, Connecting MDP to BP with NYY 4:50 cable, Cable hoarding, Wall cable hoarding, making cable tray, cable tray installation, whole assembly, compressor pipe installation, finishing, and inspection with total project duration 489,83 hours (62 days). Project duration in actual condition was 512 hour (64 days), while the project duration agreed by CV. AJP to complete all electrical project installation activities of PT. Java Furniture is 472 hours (59 days) with probability value only 10,38%. Which means that the scheduling of electrical installation project in PT. Java Furniture processed by using PERT method can help corporate managers to make plan schedule be more effective.
