Abstract

PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri makanan dengan memproduksi berbagai produk makanan ringan. PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi menitik beratkan aspek finansial dan pemasaran sebagai tolok ukur kinerja. Namun, saat ini perusahaan mengalami penurunan kinerja yang ditandai dengan penurunan penjualan yang drastis dibanding bulan sebelumnya dan pengembangan produk yang relatif lambat. Kondisi industri yang terus berkembang dan persaingan yang semakin kompetitif perlu menjadi perhatian perusahaan untuk memperluas cakupan pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan. Di luar aspek finansial dan pemasaran terdapat berbagai faktor dalam aktivitas bisnis perusahaan yang apabila dimaksimalkan mampu mendorong pencapaian kinerja yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Balanced Scorecard. Di dalam Balanced Scorecard terdapat 4 perspektif pengukuran, yaitu financial, customer, internal business process, dan learning and growth. Balanced Scorecard tidak hanya melibatkan aspek finansial dalam proses pengukuran kinerja, tetapi juga aspek non-finansial. Dengan melibatkan aspek finansial dan non-finansial diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kinerja perusahaan yang komprehensif. Untuk melengkapi pengukuran kinerja pada penelitian ini, maka digunakan metode pembobotan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), serta Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System (TLS) dalam perhitungan skor pencapaian kinerja untuk memudahkan interpretasi hasil pengukuran kinerja. Pengukuran kinerja pada PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi menghasilkan indeks kinerja perusahaan sebesar 7,77. Berdasarkan Traffic Light System (TLS), nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori kuning dan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi belum mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 18 Key Performance Indikator (KPI) yang teridentifikasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor menggunakan OMAX dan TLS diketahui terdapat 5 KPI masuk dalam kategori kuning. Terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang diberikan sebagai upaya perbaikan, salah satunya adalah menerapkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan melibatkan operator produksi dalam maintenance mesin dengan melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan ringan.

English Abstract

PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi is a company that works in food industry by producing various snack products. PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi focuses on financial and marketing aspects as a performance indicator. However, the company is currently experiencing a decline in performance which is marked by a drastic decline in sales compared to the previous month and relatively slow product development. Industrial conditions that continue to grow and increasingly competitive competition need to be a concern of the company to expand the scope of performance measurement that is carried out. Outside the financial and marketing aspects, there are various factors in the company's business activities which, if maximized, can encourage better performance. Method used in this study is Balanced Scorecard. In Balance Scorecard method there are 4 measurement perspectives, which are financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. Balanced Scorecard does not only involve the financial aspects in the process of measuring performance, but also non-financial aspects. By involving financial and non-financial aspects, it is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the company's performance. To complete the performance measurement in this study, so that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting method is used in this study, also the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS) in score calculation of performance achievement to simplify the interpretation of performance measurement result. Performance measurement at PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi produces a company performance index of 7.77. Based on the Traffic Light System (TLS), this value is in the yellow category and shows that the performance of PT. Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi has not achieved the expected performance. In this study, there were 18 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified. Based on the calculation of scores using OMAX and TLS, there are 5 KPIs in the yellow category. There are several recommendations given as an improvement effort, one of them is applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by involving production operators in engine maintenance by performing maintenance and minor repairs.
