Abstract
Hiperkolesterolemia Merupakan Penyakit Gangguan Metabolisme Kolesterol Yang Ditandai Dengan Tingginya Kadar Kolesterol Dalam Darah. Pengobatan Kimiawi Dilaporkan Mempunyai Efek Samping Jangka Panjang. Yoghurt Susu Kambing Mengandung Peptida Bioaktif, Antioksidan Dan Enzim Bile Salt Hydrolase (BSH) Yang Dihasilkan Oleh BAL. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Terapi Yoghurt Susu Kambing Terhadap Gambaran Histopatologi Duodenum Dan Ekspresi Inducible Nitrit Oxide Synthase (Inos) Pada Tikus (Rattus Norvegicus) Hiperkolesterolemia. Penelitian Ini Mengunakan Hewan Coba Tikus Yang Dibagi Menjadi 5 Kelompok Yaitu Kelompok Kontrol, Kelompok Hiperkolesterolemia, Kelompok Hiperkolesterolemia Yang Diterapi Yoghurt Susu Kambing 300 Mg/Kg BB, 600 Mg/Kg BB Dan 900 Mg/Kg BB. Ekpresi INOS Diamati Menggunakan Metode Imunohistokimia Yang Dianalisa Dengan Software Axiovison Dan Gambaran Histopatologi Diamati Menggunakan Mikroskop Cahaya Dengan Analisa Deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Terapi Yoghurt Susu Kambing Dosis 300 Mg/Kg BB, 600 Mg/Kg BB, 900 Mg/Kg BB Berpengaruh Terhadap Perbaikan Gambaran Histopatologi Duodenum Yang Ditunjukkan Berupa Sel Epitel Silindris Sebaris Teratur, Kelenjar Brunner Yang Kuboid, Dan Sel Goblet Kembali Normal. Pemberian Yoghurt Susu Kambing Juga Memberikan Pengaruh Yang Berbeda Nyata (P<0,05) Dalam Penurunan Ekspresi Inducible Nitrit Oxide Synthase (Inos) Antar Perlakuan. Terapi Yoghurt Susu Kambing Dosis 900 Mg/Kgbb Menunjukkan Hasil Terbaik Terhadap Perbaikan Jaringan Duodenum Dan Menurunkan Ekspresi Inducible Nitrit Oxide Synthase (Inos) Sebesar 60,8%
English Abstract
Hypercholesterolemia Is A Disorder Of Cholesterol Metabolism That Caused By The High Levels Of Cholesterol In Blood. Chemical Therapy Reported Have Side Effect In The Long Term Use. Goat Milk Yogurt Containing Bioactive Peptides, Antioxidants And Bile Salt Hydrolase (BSH) Enzyme That Produce By LAB. The Purpose Of This Research Was To Study The Role Of Therapy Goat Milk Yogurt To Duodenal Histophatology And Expression Of Inducible Oxide Synthase (Inos) In Hypercholesterolemia Rats (Rattus Norvegicus). This Study Used Rats As Experimental Animals Grouped Into 5 Groups: Control Group, Hypercholesterolemia Group, Hypercholesterolemia Group Treated With Goat Milk Yoghurt Dose Of 300 Mg/Kg BW, 600 Mg/Kg BW, And 900 Mg/Kg BW. Inos Expression Were Determined By Immunohistochemistry Technique Then Analyzed Using Axiovision Software And Histopathology Observation Was Conducted Microscopically. The Results Showed That Goat Milk Yogurt Therapy Could Improve Histopathology Of The Duodenal. Goat Milk Yogurt Therapy With Dose Of 300 Mg/Kg BW, 600 Mg/Kg BW, And 900 Mg/Kg BW Provided In Repairing Duodenal Tissue That Performed By Epithelial Cells Regular, The Brunner Gland, And Goblet Cells Normally. Goat Milk Yogurt Therapy Resulted A Significantly Different Effect (P<0.05) In Reducing Of Inos Expression. Based On The Research Result Obtained, It Was Concluded That Goat Milk Yogurt Therapy Dose Of 900 Mg/Kg BW Was Potentially Repair Duodenal Tissue And Reduce Inos Expression Up To 60,8%.
