Abstract
Jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS dari tahun ke tahun di seluruh bagian dunia terus meningkat meskipun berbagai upaya preventif terus dilaksanakan. Di Indonesia, jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pasien HIV/AIDS dengan tingkat pengetahuan HIV/AIDS di poliklinik RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar malang, untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan HIV/AIDS pada pasien HIV/AIDS di poliklinik RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar malang dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dalam penularan HIV/AIDS pada pasien di poliklinik RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan Cross Sectional terdapat 100 orang pasien HIV di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar selama bulan September 2016. Pasien mengisi kuesioner yang terdiri dari beberapa pertanyaan yang terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu data demografi responden, dan data pengetahuan tentang penyakit HIV. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status pernikahan, pendidikan, dan khitan dengan tingkat pengetahuan HIV/AIDS di poliklinik RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Sebanyak 49 (49%) orang pasien HIV/AIDS di poliklinik RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang memilik tingkat pengetahuan tentang HIV yang buruk dan sejumlah 51 (51%) orang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik.
English Abstract
The number of cases of HIV/AIDS more increasing from year to year in around the world. Despite various efforts tobe done continuously. In Indonesia, the number of people living with HIV/AIDS more increasing from year to year. This study aims to determine the relationship of patients chatacteristic with the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS in polyclinic RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. To determine the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS to patients with HIV/AIDS in polyclinic RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang and to determine the influence of spreading of HIV/AIDS to patients in polyclinic RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The questioner was given to the patients, by answering some questions which consists two parts. This study conducted Cross Sectional design. There were 100 ( One Hundred ) patients with HIV/AIDS in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang during september 2016. The questioner was given to the patients, by answering some questions in it, consists of two parts : demographic data of respondents, and the knowledge data of HIV/AIDS. Data analysis techniques in this study were Chi - square with a significance level 5%. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between material status , education, and circumcision with the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS in polyclinic RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. As many as 49 (49%) pasients with HIV /AIDS have a bad knowledge level about HIV/AIDS and 51 (51%) patients have good level.
