Abstract
Nyeri rematik jaringan lunak merupakan nyeri kronis pada tendon, ligamen dan otot dan dapat berupa fibrosis, bursitis, tenosinovitis dan myositis. Nyeri rematik jaringan lunak bisa mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pada seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara nyeri rematik jaringan lunak dengan kualitas hidup pada populasi masyarakat kota Malang. Studi observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner panduan WHO-ILAR COPCORD terhadap 2067 subjek yang dipilih secara acak melalui metode multistage random sampling. Analisis dilakukan pada 175 subjek dengan keluhan nyeri rematik jaringan lunak dan 1037 subjek tanpa keluhan nyeri muskuloskeletal (sebagai kontrol). Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada beda kualitas hidup pada subyek dengan keluhan nyeri rematik jaringan lunak dengan subyek tanpa keluhan nyeri rematik jaringan lunak (p:0,013) dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara nyeri rematik jaringan lunak dengan kualitas hidup pada pupulasi masyarakat kota Malang(r: 0,190 dan p:0,012).Kesimpulannya adalah nyeri rematik jaringan lunak merupakan salah satu faktor terjadinya penurunan kualitas hidup dan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap intensitas nyeri pada subjek yang mengalami nyeri rematik jaringan lunak pada populasi masyarakat kota Malang.
English Abstract
Soft tissue rheumatism pain is chronic pain in the tendons, ligaments, muscles form of soft tissue fibrosis, bursitis, tenosynovitis and myolitis. Soft tissue rheumatism pain can affect person quality of life.This study aims to determine the relationship between soft tissue rheumatism pain with quality of life in the Malang city population. Observational study with cross-sectional approach is done by direct interview using a questionnaire guide WHO-ILAR COPCORD to 2067 randomly selected subjects through multistage random sampling method. Analysis was conducted on 175 subjects with soft tissue rheumatic pain and 1037 subjects without complaints of musculoskeletal pain (as a control). The results shows there were different quality of life in subjects with soft tissue rheumatism pain in subject without soft tissue rhematism pain (p=0.013) and there were a significant relationship between soft tissue rheumatism pain and quality of life in Malang population (r=0.0190 ; p=0.013).The conclusion is soft tissue rheumatism pain is risk factors of decreased quality of life and have a meaningful relationship to the intensity of pain in subjects experiencing soft tissue rheumatism pain in Malang population.
