Abstract

Daun sirsak (Annona muricata) merupakan salah satu insektisida nabati yang mengandung acetogenin, tannin, flavonoid. Penelitian eksplorasi telah membuktikan bahwa konsentrasi terendah dari ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata) yang efektif sebagai Insektisida untuk Drosophila sp. adalah 50%. Petani buah dalam menggunkan insektisida nabati tidak cukup digunakan sehari melainkan dipakai beberapa hari karena ladang yang luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek lama penyimpanan terhadap potensi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata) terhadap Drosophila sp. . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan post test only control grup design. Ekstrak etanol daun sirsak konsentrasi 50% disemprotkan ke dalam kandang kaca yang telah berisi 10 ekor lalat buah .Pengulangan dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali dengan jumlah perlakuan sebanyak tujuh jenis yaitu kontrol negatif (aquadest) , kontrol positif (ekstrak etanol daun sirsak) , serta yang telah disimpan pada hari ke-2 , hari ke-3 , hari ke-4 , hari ke-5 , dan hari ke-6 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan jumlah lalat yang mati dimulai pada hari ke-5. Analisa data dengan One-way ANOVA didapatkan p=0.958 , uji post hoc tukey tidak didapatkan perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara hari pertama dengan hari ke-2 , hari ke-3 , hari ke-4 , hari ke-5 , dan hari ke-6 , uji korelasi pearson didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar -0.070. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada lama penyimpanan ekstrak etanol daun sirsak 50% selama enam hari dengan potensinya sebagai insektisida pada lalat buah.

English Abstract

Soursop leaf (Annona muricata) is one of natural inseticides which belong to acetogenin, tanin, flavonoid. Exploration research has proven that the lowest concentration from soursop ethanol extract (Annona muricata) which is effective as insecticide to Drosophilla sp, is 50%. It is not enough for fruit farmers to use the insecticides in just a day for their wide and large field. They need to use it for a few days. This research intended to know about the impact of long retention towards soursop ethanol extract potential on Drosophilla sp. The study was true research experimental by contrivance of post test only control grup design. 50% of soursop ethanol extract sprayed on a glass cage which was contained 10 fruit flies. Repetition did three times by seven types handling, were negative control (aquadest), positive control (soursop ethanol extract on the 1st day), and had kept on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, then the 6th days. The result had shown that there was a reduced amount of flies which been died starting on 5th day. Data analyzed by One-way ANOVA got p=0.958, tukey’s post hoc test could not be got the significant different impact among the first day and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, even the 6th days, pearson correlation test had got significant score is -0.070. At last, it can be conluded that there is no significant correlation on the long retention against 50% of soursop ethanol extract during six days and its potential as fruit flies insecticide.
