Abstract
Angka kejadian seksio sesarea meningkat dalam 20 tahun terakhir. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan angka seksio sesarea yaitu dengan melakukan persalinan pervaginam pasca bedah sesar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor usia ibu, indikasi pada seksio sesarea terdahulu, jarak persalinan dan berat badan bayi lahir mempengaruhi keberhasilan VBAC. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional melalui metode penelitian case control. Sampel dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling yang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu kasus merupakan ibu yang memenuhi kriteria VBAC (n=49) dan kontrol yaitu ibu dengan riwayat seksio sesarea yang melakukan seksio sesarea lagi (n=49). Hasil penelitian menggunakan chi-square dan uji regresi logistik didapatkan usia ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan VBAC dimana p-value= 0,817 (p>0,05), indikasi seksio sesarea terdahulu berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan VBAC dimana didapatkan p-value=0,000 (p<0,05), jarak persalinan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan VBAC dimana didapatkan p= value=0,009 (p<0,05) dan berat badan juga berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan VBAC dimana didapatkan p-value=0,005 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan VBAC di RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen adalah indikasi seksio sesarea terdahulu, jarak persalinan dan berat badan bayi lahir, sedangkan usia ibu tidak mempengaruhi keberhasilan VBAC.
English Abstract
The last twenty years, rates of caesarean section is increase. One way to reduce caesarean section with planned vaginal birth after caesar ean section. This research is aimed to know how big factor of maternal age, previous caesarean indication, inter-delivery interval and birth weigh affect the success of VBAC. The research design which is used to discover this case is observational analysis through case control research method. The samples selected by purposive sampling to be devided into two groups, that’s case is mother including VBAC criteria (n=49) and control is mother with repeat caesarean section (n=49). The research result was analysed using chi-square and logistic regretion and available that maternal age not related with successfull VBAC which found p=value=0,817 (p>0,05), previous caesarean section related with successful VBAC which found p-value=0,000 (p<0,05), inter-delivery interval related with successfull VBAC which found p-value=0,009 (p<0,05) and birth weight related with successfull VBAC which found p-value=0,005 (p<0,05). The conclusion are previous caesarean indication, inter-delivery interval and birth weight related with succesfull VBAC, while maternal age not related with successfull VBAC.
