Abstract

Masalah yang sering muncul pada anak usia preschool (4-5 tahun) adalah gangguan keterlambatan pada motorik kasar. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi motorik kasar adalah durasi bermain gadget. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara durasi bermain gadget dengan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia preschool (4-5 tahun). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional yang dilakukan dengan mengobservasi kemampuan motorik kasar anak dengan panduan lembar observasi. Responden adalah sebanya 30 anak di TK The Naff School Kota Kediri di pilih dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil uji statistik spearman correlation rank mempunyai p-value 0,000<0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi bermain gadget dengan kemampuan motorik kasar. Nilai koefisien korelasi spearman yaitu sebesar –0,632. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan yang kuat antara durasi bermain gadget dengan kemampuan motorik kasar dapat dilihat dari hasil yang bernilai negative menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang terbalik artinya semakin tinggi durasi bermain gadget maka kemampuan motorik kasar semakin menurun. disarankan bagi orang tua anak harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan agar selalu mendampingi dan membatasi durasi penggunaan gadget.

English Abstract

The problem that often arises in preschool children (4-5 years old) is a disorder of the delay in gross motor. One of the factors that influence gross motor ability is the duration playing gadget. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relation of duration playing gadget to the gross motor ability preschool childern (4-5 years old) of The Naff School Kindergarten Kediri City. The cross sectional research design used was collected by observing the children gross motor ability, guidance by observation sheet. The respondent was 30 children of The Naff School Kindergarten Kediri City selected by total sampling technique. The result of spearman correlation statistic test rank has p-value <0,05 it means significant relation between the duration playing gadget and gross motor ability. Coefficient value sperman correlation was -0.632. the value described there was strong relation between duration playing gadget and gross motor ability. It showed the negative value result means inverted relation in othe words children who play gadget for a long time have a low gross motor ability. This information is for parents must increase vigilance to always accompany and limit the duration us of the gadget.
