Abstract
Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit menahun yang terjadi ketika kelenjar pankreas tidak mampu untuk menghasilkan insulin. Penyandang diabetes perlu ditekankan pentingnya keteraturan dalam hal jadwal makan, jenis dan jumlah makanan. Pelaksanaan diet dan pemenuhan asupan nutrisi sangatlah dipengaruhui adanya dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhahadap pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pasien DM. Desain penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional. Pengambilan data menggunakan probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sempel 37 responden. Data diambil menggunakan instrumen penelitain berupa kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi. Data ini dianalisa menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian antara dukungan keluarga dan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi didapatkan nilai korelasi 0,479 dan p value 0.00. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan yang sangat kuat antara dukungan keluarga dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada pasien DM. Diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya, lebih banyak sampel yang akan diteliti. Serta menggunakan metode yang berbeda sehingga nantinya dapat melihat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi dukungan keluarga terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada pasien dengan DM.
English Abstract
Diabetes was a disease that happened when pancreas gland could not produce insulin. Diabetes’ sufferered need to be socialized the essential of the eating’s schedule, types of food, and the quantity of the food they comsume. Realization of diet and the nutrition accomplishment were influenced by the supports from family. The aim of this research was knowing the correlation of the support from family to the nutrition accomplishment of the diabetes patient. The desain of this research was cross sectional. The data’s aggregation used probability sampling with the purposive sampling method with the 37 sample of participants. Data was taken by using research instrument such a quizioner family’s support and nutrition accomplishment needed. This data was analyzed using correlation test Spearman Rank. The result of the research between family’s support and nutrition accomplishment needed was got the correlation score 0,479 and p value 0,00. It could be concluded that there was a positive relationship that was very strong between family’s support and nutrition accomplishment needed on the diabetes’ patients. It was hoped that in the next research, there wiould be more samples that wouldl be researched. Also, there would be more different method. As a result, it could be seen some factors that could influence the family’s support to the nutrition accomplishment needed of the diabetes patients.
