Abstract
Kondisi sosial dan ekonomi saling mempengaruhi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu indikator pada kondisi sosial ekonomi adalah dengan merubah pendapatan bagi masyarakat dan tingkat pendidikan harus ditingkatkan agar kualitas hidup manusia meningkat. Di Indonesia tingkat kemiskinan kebanyakan berada di wilayah pedesaan daripada perkotaan. Kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat desa perlu dirubah karena banyak sumber daya alam yang terdapat di daerah pedesaan. Salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Nganjuk yang merupakan daerah penghasil sektor pertanian karena sumber daya alam yang cukup tersedia, sehingga dapat menjadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Kabupaten Nganjuk selain terkenal dengan sektor pertaniannya, sekarang ini mulai dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga yang tinggal di sekitar hutan. Sejak Tahun 2003 petani di Desa Bendoasri, Kabupaten Nganjuk beserta dengan pihak perhutani mencoba untuk usahatani porang. Desa Bendoasri ikut menanam tanaman porang di sekitar hutan dengan tujuan: 1.) meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat; 2.) mengajak masyarakat agar melindungi hutan dari pencurian kayu; 4.) meningkatkan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai selama satu bulan pada bulan Februari 2018. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Bendoasri, Kecamatan Rejoso, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penentuan informan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling, karena peneliti belum menganl informan yang dapat memberikan data secara lengkap sehingga peneliti mula-mula wawancara dengan 1 atau 2 orang kemudian semakin lama semakin banyak hingga mencapai titik jenuh. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa: kondisi sosial dan ekonomi sebelum menanam porang dilihat dari (1) pendidikan rata-rata hingga jenjang SD (2) kesehatan yang dijadikan keputusan masyarakat adalah dengan cara pijat (3) pendapatan bersih masyarakat Rp 900.000/musim (4) kondisi rumah dengan dinding papan beratapkan genteng dan lantai dari tanah dengan status milik sendiri. kondisi sosial ekonomi setelah menanam porang dilihat dari (1) pendidikan mengalami peningkatan ada yang sampai perguruan tinggi meskipun dalam jumlah yang sedikit (2) kesehatan yang dijadikan keputusan masyarakat berobat di bidan dan puskesmas (3) pendapatan bersih masyarakat setiap panen adalah Rp 45.000.000/tahun (4) kondisi rumah dengan dinding tembok, beratapkan genteng kualitas bagus dan lantai dari keramik dengan status milik sendiri. perubahan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi dilihat dari segi (1) pendapatan mengalami perubahan yang meningkat (2) kerjasama masyarakat mengalami peningkatan berkaitan dengan usahatani porang karena saling membutuhkan satu sama lain (3) konflik yang antara masyarakat adanya perselisihan namun dapat diselesaikan dengan jalan musyawarah.
English Abstract
Social and economic conditions affect each other in the community life One of indicator on the social conditions is to change economic income for the community and the level of education must be improved in order to increase the human being quality life. In Indonesia poverty rate are mostly located in rural areas than in urban. Social and economic conditions of rural community needs to be changed because many natural resources which are located in rural areas. One of these is the Nganjuk district which is producing areas the farming sector because they quite natural resources available, so make the basis for improving competitiveness. Nganjuk district besides known as in the agricultural sector, now begins to develop to improve the economy of a family living near the forest. Since 2003 farmers in the Bendoasri village, Nganjuk district and with the perhutani try to farming porang. Bendoasri village to plant porang around a forest with purpose : (1) increase the income of the society (2) asked the public to protect forests from timber theft (3) enhancing the socioeconomic conditions of the community. The implementation of this study began in a month during february 2018. The study used is descriptive qualitative research .Research conducted in Bendoasri villages, Rejoso sub district, Nganjuk district.The determination of informants using snowball sampling, because researchers haven’t informants who can give a complete data so that researchers began interviews with 1 or 2 a later more and more a lot reached saturation point. Research showed that had the results showed that: social and economic conditions before plant of porang seen (1) the average education until the primary level (2) health that was to become the decisions about is by means of massage (3) net income the community Rp 900.000/ of the season (4) the condition of the house with a wall and the floor of a board covered with roof tile land with the status of their own. Social and economic conditions after porang have been cut down written the point of view of (1) education experienced a rise in their the evidence of these higher learning institutes in spite of in inconsiderable quantity (2) health that was to become the individual decisions about patients from getting services at the midwife and puskesmas (3) the company net income the community each harvest in comparison to the rupiah exchange rate was Rp 45.000.000/ years (4) the condition of the house with a wall the wall built in sin, covered with at the roof tile factories the quality of nice and the floor of potteries with the status of belonging to own. The social and economic conditions viewed from the perspective of (1) income changed increased (2) cooperation the increased relating to the cultivation porang of needed each other of one another (3) conflicts between the community of disagreement but can be resolved by way of deliberation.
