Abstract
Resin komposit merupakan salah satu bahan tumpat kedokteran gigi yang sering digunakan. Resin komposit memiliki nilai estetika yang tinggi namun memiliki kecenderungan untuk berubah warna karena memiliki sifat fisik menyerap air dan kandungan zat warna dari lingkungan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya pertukaran air dan zat warna dari lingkungan yang masuk ke dalam resin komposit. Nanocomposite merupakan perkembangan terbaru dari resin komposit, yang meningkatkan kekuatan mekanik dan nilai estetik yang dimiliki. Nanocomposite terbagi menjadi dua jenis nanohybrid dan nanofill. Kopi merupakan agen perubah warna gigi serta bahan tumpat yang paling kuat dibanding dengan teh dan soda. Kopi dapat merubah warna gigi pada minggu pertama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan perubahan warna resin komposit nanohybrid dengan nanofill pada minuman kopi. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimental laboratorium dengan lama waktu perendaman yang digunakan 2 jam, 1 hari, 2 hari, 3 hari, dan 4 hari.Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji oneway ANOVA.Hasil analisis data dengan uji statistik oneway ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan perubahan warna yang signifikan dari resin komposit nanohybrid dengan nanofill (p = 0,000). Hasil ini terjadi karena adanya perbedaan kandungan filler, matrik dan sistem distribusi di dalam resin komposit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan perubahan warna resin komposit nanohybrid dengan nanofill pada minuman kopi, dimana pada penelitian ini nilai perubahan warna yang terjadi pada resin komposit nanohybrid lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan resin komposit nanofill.
English Abstract
Composite resin is one of dentistry material restoration that widely used. Composite resin has a great esthetic value, on the other side has a chance to change on its color, because of water sorption properties from composite resin. This properties make composite absorb water and it’s color from outside into resin matrix. Nanocomposite is the last development of this restoration material, that has great mechanical properties and high esthetic appearance. There are two types of nanocomposites, nanohybrid and nanofill composite resin. Coffee can change the color of teeth and resin composite, coffee is the strongest discolorant agent compare with tea and cola. The highest color change happen in the first week. Aim of this research is to know different color changes nanohybrid and nanofill composite resinin coffee solution. This research is experimental laboratorium research type with 2 hour, 1, 2, 3, 4 days period of time keep composite resin in the coffee solution. Oneway ANOVA is the data analysis that used in this experiment. The ananlysis result show significant different color change between nanohybrid and nanofill composite resin (p = 0,000). This result happened due to composite resin different filler, matrix and distribution filler system. The conclusion of this research is there is a differences color change between nanohybrid and nanofill composite resin, which nanohybrid composite resin color change less than nanofill composite resin color change.
